I had a great experience here! Kitty was so helpful and attentive. All the sales associates were kind and willing to help as soon as anyone walked in. Great boutique with great selection.

Wonderful, small and posh store in west palm beach! The associates are very helpful and very understanding of your likes and dislikes. Only disadvantage is the items are more highly priced compared to other store and the collections of the items are very limited. What you see is what you get.

Bianca is really awesome and sweet. She helped me exchange my Christmas gift from my boyfriend. She ordered me my proper size in the Opyum pumps and texted me as soon as they got in! I’ll be seeing her soon for my Envelope Shoulder Bag which I texted her about and she confirmed right away that she had it in. The best! The eateries and stores around this Saint Laurent are so beautiful and elegant. I drive from Boca Raton to shop with Bianca and it’s worth the drive completely.

This boutique is on the smaller but the customer service is phenomenal. Noah was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me when trying on shoes for sizing purposes. The store is clean & welcoming.

We came in on our anniversary, my husband wanted to buy me a new bag. I had already known which bag I wanted, but The customer service was terrible. We were not offered anything to drink or any assistance we were in and out within 10 minutes spent $3g. We had told the girl it was our anniversary too, and she seemed not to care. Just wanted us in and out. We defiantly won’t be coming back to the YSL. Our experience was not welcoming or special
