Store Manager was very friendly and hardworking. It is my hope that she is being recognized and compensated for her hard work as well as loyalty and efforts. Traded a game in today and Store Manager helped recommend the best options on what to preorder on upcoming games. Thanks again.

I am writing today because I don't normally do reviews, good or bad, but the employees at this location are the nicest people I have ever dealt with in any retail environment, EVER! These people are awesome, every one of them. I have dealt with various employees at this store and they are ALL the BEST!! They are always helpful with questions, even if you aren't buying something and just need help with a game or console issue, in person or on the phone. This is how retail should be, THANK YOU!

Came in today to get gundam models. I am very new to the scene so am oblivious to most things. Aly was the employee who helped me today. She was very helpful in explaining the products the store had and what they were used for. I am grateful for all the help she and the other person working there today did to make sure I knew what I was getting and how it worked. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

My local GameStop has always been a good source of game selection and hardware, not to mention employees who know the hobby and participate in it frequently and thus can give you first hand opinions on the most recent games to help you decide what's worth your hard-earned cash. They are understanding and helpful and if you're not satisfied with a product they are willing to help you get one you are satisfied with. I returned a game that was less than stellar the day after I bought it at another game stop and they honored the full price once I told them how much of a rip-off the game itself was and I've no doubt they will spread the word to any gamer who asks about the game as well. Bravo, GameStop, bravo.

When you have no idea what game is cool or would be a good fit for someone, they always think it through and come up with the best suggestions! Love the "No pressure sales" of this shop. You don't feel they are upselling you, the suggestions come when you ask for them. Thats why this is the only location we use. Other locations do not have as personable staff.

Every employee is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Every question I have is always answered instantly and correctly. They go out of their way to help you. And just for the record, I have a huge crush on Amy. She's a hottie!

Everytime I shop here everything is cool. Service is great and they can almost find anything that you're looking for. The employees greet you when you walk in and ask if you're looking for anything specific.

Bought Animal Crossing here the day it came out/the day before the pandemic order went into affect. Excellent experience with staff.
