. I've purchased my last 6 pairs of shoes from here from the previous gentleman who ran the store around 6 months ago and was very patient and extreamly helpful and polite

Today I went into the store. The only person there was a younger gentleman who I have never seen before. However I had a hunch that he may have been a family member of the previous owner.
With a smile I asked him where the owner was.
He seemed taken a back by my question and replied "you mean me?"
I then proceeded to explain that I was a customer of his and had done good business with him in the past. He said that the older previous owner was over seas and that he was in charge of the store now.
I extended my hand to dap him off and introduced myself.

A few minutes later an older man came into the store. assuming that he was also family there to help with the store.

This man constantly hovered behind me,
Rudely proceeded to ask me "what I was looking for" i said a pair of shoes and maybe some joggers.

The older man became noticably irritated and replied "take your time" turned around walked away and spoke in what I assume was Arabic something to the the younger gentleman.

Fast forward about 3 minutes and an older lady walked into the store looked briefly and left the store.

As I find the joggers im interested in I turn around and he comes up to me and says
"Are1 you buying? Today? Right now?

I began to try toexplain that I would be back to make purchase. Before I could explain that I was a returning loyal customer, he sharply interpreted me mid sentence and began to tell me that now he has to go fix everything because I messed it up.

(The 2 shoes I picked up I was very gentle with them and put them exactly back in the spot and position that i picked them up from, when i found the joggers i liked they were behind some shirts which I was very careful not to mess them up which I certainly didn't)

He then proceeded to shoo me out of the store.
The owner looked at him and gave a hand gesture telling him to stop and proceeded to ask me if I was good in which I replied walking out.of the door
"Yeah man you have a good one"

I probably will never go there again.

Time to find a new place to find shoes and joggers. It's a shame I expected better from
Hype.

I bought some Timberland that I thought was real was in the 2 day refund and he didn't want to give my husband his money back I understand getting something else but I don't trust the other items when I paid close attention to my shoes I realized that they where some fake Timberland when I saw the real ones at journey so I will never buy from them again
