Jewel-Osco came up for fresh seafood near me. Searching for Oysters, Crab legs and Salmon. Made a quick stop for salmon and crab... Crab legs won. Snow crab clusters looked pretty good tonight. Thick, fresh and meaty. First time seeing Dragon fruit and rambutan at this location. Can't wait to dig in and come back to try the $5 sushi Thursday's. Friday liquor tasting had Mexican corn whiskey.

I just wanted to mention that I have visited the Lake St River Forest IL store many times but there was something so extra nice today (9/7/23 check out at 17:29) It started with my experience at the deli section the young man that was helping me was the sweetest not only to me but his other customers before me and then at check out my cashier Janet F was just so friendly and sincere. These days it’s hard to find workers that can make you smile because they are either overworked or have their own issues that we don’t know about… but this experience was a big five star! Thank you! Much appreciated!

Clean. Helpful clerks. Deli is clean and fresh...sometimes there is a line at Deli, but Service is great, a lot of patient ladies.

We had a large order from the deli and bakery for a graduation party. It was ready on time,prepared beautifully and the service was friendly and professional! All the food was delicious and enjoyed by the guests. Great job Jewel!

I love Jewel-Osco, grew up with them. Their pharmacy staff is warm and knowledgeable and their floor staff and cashiers are bright and wonderful people. 5 outta 5 stars, no notes!

It's close and we liked it. Lines are long sometimes. I don't get to the store that often. They usually always have the motor carts today they had three cards in the store I was lost what to do

Never a bad experience here. I live closer to the Oak Park location but I prefer shopping here. Always clean and well stocked. Download the app to really save. The rewards system is much better than even the big box stores.

One of my favorite grocery stores in the area. Produce section is great, butcher is a little small but I've never had a problem with the packaged meat selection, and love that they are open late/early.

This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood. I enjoy the driving to and from this place. Plenty of parking.
They have most of the things I buy for home, it is clean, well organized.
I use the self checkout, it works fine, so I don’t even have to stand in lines for cashiers.
And I can pay with Apple Pay with my watch, nice!

I really love pickup and go. it's the best service that Jewel added option for no contact shopping experience!!

I've been shopping at this Jewel for over 15yrs now, and even though I've moved back to the city, I still find myself frequenting this Jewel regularly...( Redundant!?) because of : 1) the tasty chicken
2) quality produce (Fresh) 3) Nice Liquor Dept. 4) good location 5) friendly Staff.
Just to name a few. I always compare other Jewel stores to this one ( River Forest)

Always go here. They have what we want. Got to know some of the employees. Nice atmosphere.

The staff was great. The manager was phenomenal! I think his name was Robert tall,handsome kind man.

This is one of the few best ones quality control and clean. They take control in all areas to be sure you have the items and organized. Plus they have a little Starbucks if you like to get a coffee.

This is the best Jewel for miles. The employees are friendly and helpful. The hot prepared food is delicious, in fact the chicken always sells out. The doughnuts and bagels in the bakery are always fresh. More importantly, they usually have all items in stock. Kudos to everyone at this location!
