This location has THE KINDEST employees. They go above and beyond for customers. They remember people and have such good energy , makes you want to go to this location.
I called today to ask for a certain product for my father who has issues walking and breathing and the employee I spoke with was so accommodating and helpful. She offered to put the products he was needing at the register so he didn’t have to walk around. I can’t tell you how taken back I was by kindness. Thank you.

Just had to share my amazing experience with pharmacy tech Bogden! What a sophisticated young man. They have some great young men that work here. Although I live about 46 minutes away, I make a point of picking up my prescriptions here just so I can see my favorite "Walgreens warriors!" Lovely folks.

Had an outstanding experience with pharmacy technician Yoan! The pharmacy staff at this location are polite, exhibit a sense of urgency and have exceptional customer service skills. I will be back again shortly to pick up my medication (viagra)

A pharmacist here saved me from having to go to the emergency room. I unknowingly received a bad prescription from a subpar urgent care that was in the penicillin family, which I am very allergic to. One of the pharmacists here had the presence of mind to double-check whether or not I was allergic to penicillin before filling the prescription. He literally saved me from having to spend Thanksgiving in the hospital. I didn’t catch his name, but Walgreens: whichever pharmacist of yours is an Asian gentleman who uses a band-aid to secure his face mask over his nose, that guy deserves to have a pay raise more than anyone else I’ve ever met.

It feels weird to write a review for a retail pharmacy because they’re always terrible. In terms of long lines and a large number of inexplicably irate/entitled customers, this one is no exception. However, the lines move quickly and the pharmacy is friendly and quick(ish). The BEST part of this Walgreens is the managers- I had an issue with photos through no fault of the store, ans both Ms. Thomas and a different manager (a man whose name I forgot) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Anyone who can stay sane and be nice while working in retail - in a shopping center at a major intersection-during a pandemic deserves ten stars. THANK YOU

Familiarity with layout and generally personable staff. Drive-Through pharmacy window is always a plus, and prices are either acceptably within reason, or occasionally lowered due to a sale of some sort. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Walgreens @ 811 MADISON St., OAK PARK. That store is much newer and much less busy, even though the store is also quite large.

Always find staff helpful and kind, especially the manager Willie and the new eye doctors. I go to this Walgreens for beauty cosmetics, toiletries, pharmacy, and even now for my Optometrist! I compared contact prices and they are cheaper than LensCrafters for the style of contacts I require.

They always have the Arizona tea I like here. (The one with the bear on it.) Although the lines are usually long, this is a good location and I can always find parking here.

Pharmacy cashier Mitchell was great and was really nice. Lines can get long some days though.

The drive thru pharmacy is amazing when you have sick kids in the car!

I heard when I entered "welcome to Walgreen." Then had a fairly good service at the pharmacy. When leaving again heard "thanks for visiting Walgreen." After reading past comments I wonder if they went through a recent rigorous training !

I have never seen the pharmacy staff just sitting around. No matter what time of day, they are buzzing around non-stop. Unfailingly polite when I talk to them. They need more staff. They need help. I feel bad for them every time I go there.
