Bath & Body Works

It's a lot smaller than locations you'd normally find in a mall but they have a good selection of items. They also offer "in-store" pickup if you order off the website but make sure that check the box for your stores location because not all items on the website are available in-store. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Not much to say that most people don't already know. This is my favorite location I rarely go to another if I don't order online. Great products, friendly & patient staff and the location is perfectly right in the middle of more shopping. They've been keeping up with the COVID-19 protocols since day 1. The store stays in pristine condition. No hand sanitizer joke needed BUT you really do have lots of scents to choose from after touching bottles lol. You can even wash your hands in-store with one of their soaps before you go.There's always parking and this month it's cool to see that they've donated a portion of their sales in honor of Black History Month to 2 urban leagues. The bottles they've designed are cute too so I'd recommend them as gifts. There's always something to buy at any B&BW but I always leave happy coming to this one.

Great place to go for buying fragrances for women, men, and even the youth. Great options for hand sanitizers, hand soaps, car fragrances, and body washes (including shampoo). My partner loves coming here and so do I. Plus, it's local and you get a parking validation.

Love the wallflowers specially cinnamon and poison ivy those two are my favorite. My hallways and rooms smell so beautiful. Staff is always helpful. I also received my free gift for my birthday. Thanks :)

I had a pleasant visit today!

The employee was really nice and helpful. He let me know the sales going on and answered my questions. He told me Sweet Pea JUST came back as a scent cause I told him it is one of my favorites.

I needed body lotion and got the Sweet Pea scent, The Butterfly, and Watermelon Mojito.

Can’t wait to use them all! :0)

I just wanted to thank the very sweet, helpful customer service representative Brandon over at the Pasadena Ca B&BW! Brandon remembered to call me to inform me that the store was reopened after they were having some store issues, and he welcomed me back. Brandon is an excellent Customer Service Rep, and I really hope B&BW recognizes him for all his hard work and professionalism. He deserves recognition. I really hope the absolute best for Brandon! He’s an excellent Customer Service Representative!

Best place to get your clean on. They have many lotions perfumes and hand creams available. I got me a gree 3 wicked candle here too with my coupon. Also, I enjoy theie specials. The products can be a bit pricy if you aren't enrolled in rewards and stuff.

I love going to Bath and Body Works
It always smells nice in there, and the staff are always so nice and willing to help. It's like walk-by aromatherapy, just gives you an overall feeling of calm and wellness. Plus, with coupons, I always get a great deal! Look out for Candle Day, coming soon!

My niece, I went to the movies yesterday, we went into walk around didn't buy anything.

The ladies were amazing, this was my 2nd trip. The first one was on 12/4..
The sale on the candles🕯 that was a 2 1/2 trip. Well I seem to have gotten the wrong smells. So they helped me pick out better ones

It was great! I had 20% off and a free reward. The employee showed me the hand sanitizer foam soaps that are half price, so I could save money. They were very helpful.

Love the flower wall scents they truly make the room smell nice. Like the glade plug ins but with a variety of scents you can choose. Rather than just 4 . Love love love
