Robbie that works at this UPS location is the nicest young man! Always polite and kind. I always leave there with a smile because of his positive, upbeat attitude!

Argh, I guess it was too good to be true. Just found out that UPS has rescheduled the Next Day package for delivery on Monday… even as I specifically was told it would be delivered today (Saturday) and that I didn’t need to change the label. Frustrating!

Had an excellent experience at this UPS store and can't say enough good things about it! The staff, especially Carina, were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

When I walked in, I was greeted by Carina with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. She took time to listen to my needs and offered some great suggestions on how to handle my Amazon return and made the entire process easy and stress free.

I always get great service at this store! Robbie and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and so efficient! Great job and thank you!

Needed to ship a valuable Picasso ceramic bowl for a client. After calling 2 other UPS stores and being told I’d have to “leave it” and they would pack it later (which was not acceptable because if the value) I ended up working with Hannah and Barry at this Rowley location. The service and professionalism were beyond excellent! They both went out of their way to make it a smooth experience. Including showing me the packing strategy while I stood there and observed. Not only that, Barry was nice enough to call me personally the following day and let me know my package had arrived at the auction house! This will be my UPS store from now on. At a time when customer service is at a premium, Hannah and Barry renewed my confidence. Hannah (mgr) and Barry at UPS Rowley Massachusetts rock!

I visited family in Massachusetts and left behind a device I needed for work. I arranged to have it sent back to me through the UPS Store in Rowley MA. I worked with Hannah and she was amazing. The transaction was as easy as it could be and the package arrived to me when I expected and was packaged way better than I expected. Well done.

Zach let me in early and was extremely helpful with my packages. Couldn't ask for better service!

I went to the UPS Store in Rowley MA after a terrible experience trying to send a few packages through USPS. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Kyle. He walked me through all the options for shipping my 4 packages, and even offered to wrap and package everything for me (there was an extra fee, but it was well worth it!). Kyle could not have been more helpful or pleasant and I was in and out very quickly. He also made sure I used a clean pen to sign everything. Thank you UPS and Kyle, I will definitely be heading back there next time I need something shipped!

Carina was kind and quick to help me ship my package to my family back home. She also helped me pick out a last minute birthday card for my friend too.

I just wanted to share gratitude for Barry! It is always great to be served by him, he is kind polite and personable. These are strange times we are living in, but it’s folks like Barry that make going about our days more pleasant which is truly a comfort. Thank you to Barry!

This update is to share appreciation for Hannah and Barry. They do all they possibly can to make each customer’s day better, and they do a great job! Thank you for always taking such nice care of me.

UPS Rowley is my go-to store. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been to other UPS or FEDEX stores and I’m reminded why this one is my favorite. It’s easy to ship and drop off packages. I’ve shredded items and printed stuff. I often work with Tim. He knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate their hard work!

I've had to do a lot of amazon returns lately in the past couple months and every time it's a quick process for me. The employees that I have encountered have been polite and helpful. Barry in particular has a positive and helpful personality.

Kyle makes it worth the trip from Rockport! More than once I have arrived at this store with multiple packages (usually Amazon returns) and every time Kyle has patiently sorted through everything and gotten it right. He was the first one to suggest I take pictures of the QR codes to speed the process along. He is unfailingly cheerful and efficient. Thank you for making this otherwise tedious chore into a positive experience!

I went in to drop off a package and get another packed and shipped. Kyle greeted me, printed the return label and gave me a receipt. He then told me the options for packing and shipping after having me confirm the address. Due to COVID and only having 3 people in the store at once, Kyle handled everyone professionally and with a smile! Quick, easy, friendly experience.

I visited your store today and have to tell you that your employee Barry is exceptional!
He was working alone at 4:30pm when l arrived.
There were 3 people ahead of me but he still acknowledged me when l entered the store.
Barry was taking care of 3 customers simultaneously while continuously thanking those waiting in line for their patience. In 15 minutes time, Barry waited on no less than 10 customers with the highest level of professionalism l have witnessed at this store in the 5+ years I have visited.
Extremely uplifting experience!

I just came from this store and when I saw the line outside I almost turned around but I'm so glad I didn't. Not only did they go through the line with record speed but they were helpful, like holding the door open for you, friendly with smiles and good cheer and that was just on the outside! Once you got inside the store it was even better. Sheer chaos and every single employee had a smile on their face. Now mind you it was 1 hour before they closed! It was as though they were doing the job of Santa's elves and understood that in these times, mailing packages to loved ones that we weren't going to be able to see this holiday was critically important and they certainly took their job seriously. A big thank you to all of the employees and a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year!

I ship out if this location for my employer. We do not ship outbound very often. When we do it can be high volume. Even in the midst of a pandemic, I have found this store to be very reliable, affordable and very convenient. Apart from the logistics of my parcels. Customer service is here is unprecedented. Every employee I have encountered at this store works with urgency and all are very helpful, kind and courteous.

Exceptional service by Barry. Shipped a valuable package through this store which managed to fall out of the UPS system once it left Rowley UPS. I called the store... 1. Barry answered the phone after hours as I didn;t know they were closed. 2. He called UPS and stayed on hold trying to get details for me. 3. He then called me back, followed up, tried to relieve my anxiety (thank you) again this is all after hours. 4. Finally called me again today with a positive update. Well done and thank you. The team at this store is always professional and friendly, this experience went above and beyond. Thanks again, the service was much appreciated.

Hannah & Carina were incredibly helpful yesterday! They came to my rescue and saved the day. Customer service still exists at the UPS Rowley location. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Always super friendly and move you through quickly.
They are open 10am-2pm on Saturdays, confirmed through phone call. Must be a typo in the hours.
