I’ve read all the negative reviews and understand . Problem is not with the personal they are under staffed. I have been going there for many years and everyone in the Pharmacy are great. I want to recognize Corrine at the location, she has gone above and beyond to help me with situations and I’ve seen her relating to other people. She is a wonderful woman. Please try and get them more help

I love,love,love Rite Aid. I've been going to Rite Aid for 23 years now. I know everyone working there. I get treated with respect when dealing with all store associates. When you enter the store, they ask how you are and welcome you to the store. When you check out they ask if you have a rewards card and if you found everything. They deliver my prescriptions to my home. All you do is sign up with email, you get an email, pay for your Rx just like in the store, and pick a day to have them delivered. Easy Peasy. I love that due to being disabled and not always able to get out to pick them up.

Best Rite Aid! Well run and friendly staff. Pharmacy works extremely hard, but it can get backed up at times because of the sheer volume they have to work with. Kim is the best Pharmacy Manager around!

I have had success here. The staff knows me by name and I like the location. The front staff has a lovely woman who goes well beyond the expectations to give you outstanding customer service. I do believe the pharmacy needs to be better staffed as they all are very busy covering the drive thru window.

This pharmacy has been super helpful with filling my prescriptions! They contacted me right away to ask if I wanted a script filled when my insurance was not going to cover the cost and would be very expensive. When I said no, they directly talked to my doctor and my insurance co to find the best medication with my insurance. The pharmacist Emily was able to find a different med that was affordable for me! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!!

I have always had pleasant experiences at the Rite Aid in Exeter Township. The pharmacy might be busy, yet the employees, many may be new, are trying their best. The women at the front counter are lovely and most friendly. One important lesson I've learned in life is that you will never to wrong in showing acts of kindness. If everyone practiced this simple act, what a wonderful world it would be!

Helpful and didn't mind a question or even 2 not like CVS . So I enrolled there for med dropped cvs.Also no problem or excuses for booster ,got mine walk in 2 to 3 daily

Got flu shot here and bought vitamins. Very good service and prices today.

Sometimes there is a wait for prescriptions at the drive thru, meaning I have sat there for over 5 minutes with no help. Recently it’s been ok. Service and store inside are decent.

Pharmacists here are always very nice and do a god job of filling prescriptions in a timely fashion.
