Turkey Hill Minit Market

I tried using my debit card at pump it kept saying leave card in authorizing then take it out then nothing! I tried 3x till I got frustrated and had to go into store. The lady was very nice. She said they have issues at the pumps sometimes. It went right through in store. I went back out and got my gas. Actually I did pull into Wawa but their pumps were closed so I went to Turkey Hill and low and behold the gas was 3 cents cheaper. Hey 3 cents is 3 cents when it comes to gas. I was sent there for a reason. And I'm so glad.

Horrible customer service recently. Everytime i go in theres 2 employees (theresa and idk the other) that are constantly on their phones and its like you are bothering them by buyin something

Public must properly wear masks but only 1 in 5 employees there were - 3 uncovered noses and one mask worn as a chin strap

Most employees are pleasant and helpful, however there are a few that appear to always be inconvenienced by helping a customer. I tried to put air in my tires this morning and eventually realized the valve mechanism was inoperable. When I went inside to purchase my items and reports the problem. The cashier already knew about it for a couple days and just shrugged me off like I was a waste of his time. Yet there was also no signage to identify that it was out of order so customers don’t waste their money. He also never offered any help or apology for the situation. I know it’s only a dollar, but it is the principle that it’s their responsibility to address issues for customers, especially if they are obviously not otherwise busy. And this is not the first instance where this particular cashier has been rude and unhelpful.

Stopped in yesterday morning .Told the girl behind the counter the soda machine wasn't working right and the Pepsi was flat. Ask her if she could change it she said no I'm busy. Kind of funny because all she was doing was playing with her cell phone. Won't be stopping at this Turkey Hill anymore worthless workers and a dirty store.hope Turkey Hill closes this one up. When the new sheetz opens up of up the Street.

Poor service nothing is stocked and the guy told me he couldn't go back and fill up the Turkey Hill tea on third shift I showed up at 10:54 to buy Turkey Hill tea and Gatorade
