Fred Meyer

This fred meyer is HUGE. Easy to get lost, in fact I had to page my party on the intercom because we got separated.The Layout of the store is different than most Fred Meyers that I frequent. Biggest selection of Carhartt I've ever seen, as well as a huge electronic department. The employees I encountered were all very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store. The best run Fred Meyer I've been to top to bottom. Good sports card selection as well..

This has been my favorite store to shop in for many years now. I travel the 10 miles each way to go to Fred Meyer because it's worth it. We get lots of reward points and fuel points to save money, too. It's got pharmacy, household needs, garden center, electronics, apparel and home improvement items. One stop shopping.

Oh my gosh now I'm so embarrassed I forgot her name but it starts with S and it was today Thursday the 21st of September, She was working photo electronics and she was wonderful. Answered all my questions helped me find exactly what I needed, I love the people at this store, Dan or Dave, Manager of photo electronics I have worked with him before he is a rock star, He needs a raise. Store is clean, Shell's well Stocked.

Shout out to the self check out #3. It spoke very sweetly to me and made my day better. The way it beeps slowly as I scan is surreal. I'll be back everyday to see self checkout #3.

Sean in pickup went above and beyond to help me, the new update makes it hard for me to order pickup because I use food stamps and don't have an income, the app now requires 1$ hold on debit/credit for EBT orders.. I do not have 1$ on any credit (cause I don't have one) or debit card hardly ever. I'm disabled so shopping in store can be VERY tasking.. so you well know this pickup is crucial for my access to food.. not having that dollar stops me from being able to order food and I've left a formal complaint with corporate but of course that's not made a difference.. Sean out of the kindness of his heart sent me 5$ just so I could order my groceries... It may not seem like much but he in no way had to do that. I just wanted to see if there was anything that could be done but being one employee we both knew there wasn't much in his power he could do.. but he found a way anyway and for that I am eternally grateful, I'll be able to feed myself and child because of his kindness 🫂

I do instacart and as far as the isles the staff and the store cleanliness I give it a 5 out of 5

OK so I didn't actually do my shopping here I just needed money orders. However I would be remiss to not let you know how friendly and considerate the staff were.
A young girl Melissa was behind the desk and she really took the time to count out all the cash I had brought in with neither complaint nor grumble.

Super clean for sure. The staff member I talked to in hardware was really nice and knew the store like he lived there!

It's Fred Meyer. You can find most of your normal household needs and some furniture. They also have a full grocery department as well as a large clothing and shoes department.
UPDATE:
I really like the convenience of Fred Meyer. They may not have the best prices in town but if you take advantage of all the digital coupons from the app online, and other ways available to make your shopping easier, add in the ability to purchase shoes or clothing or seasonal gardening needs, without running from place to place, using gas and vehicle wear and tear, over time, I think it all works. At least for me. I also buy my gas there often saving up to $1.00 off the current pump prices.
I know there are many who will disagree with me but from my experience over 50+ years, even with Kroger taking over and making their kind of changes, I will continue to shop Fred Meyer because it fits for me. Not perfect, but what store of any kind is?

On this particular occasion the store was busy. Grandson applying for job so I hung out and shopped. Bought 3 summer dresses and sandals. Cost was just over $61. I was allowed to loiter and talk with the friendly cashier while waiting.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Yorn! We shop at the fred meyers all the time but yesterday I felt special! This was my first shopping experience with my newborn without my husband. My baby wasn't having a great time and Yorn opened up a checkstand for me, unloaded my whole cart and reloaded it after. He did this all with a smile on his face! Thank you Sandy FM for hiring people like Yorn!

The customer service is great here. Out of all the Fred Meyers stores I've ever shopped, the management must be doing something right, because the employees seem content and always friendly & helpful! The prices aren't always the best in town, but this has always been one of my favorite places to shop. It was practically the only place I shopped when i lived in Sandy and that was because of the friendly staff.

Ive had nothing but amazing customer service at this store. Especially when I bring my 6 month old with me to the store, my hands get pretty full. From kind employees in the meat department to the checkout lanes, everyone is a 10! Yorn is also so great. Whenever he sees me with my daughter, he tries to make my check out experience easy! He’s checked me out in the self-checkout and unloaded my groceries onto the belt in line just so I wouldn’t have to lean over and unload my cart with my daughter strapped to me. Great store!

Amazing experience! I lived in the Portland area my whole life and recently moved to Sandy and been using other Fred Meyers around the metro . The other Fred Meyers seem to be going down hill with lack of checkers and homeless problems . This Fred Meyer in Sandy is probably the best one I have ever visited . I had to return 2 chairs that were purchased at another Fred Meyers and they were damaged . Went up to customer service with no hassles and they exchanged the chairs promptly. Then we did some shopping and it was a busy Sunday and every checkout lane had a cashier and bagger . Great service . What ever you are doing here in Sandy you should model your other stores after them . Great store !

Outstanding ! Friendly Service! Fresh Produce and Meat &Seafood ! NO super market in Sandy can even come close. Found everything on my shopping list, in stock on all my family favorites. Still the best bang for my buck. You really will find it at Freddy's , Why bother shopping any where else !

The ultimate one-stop shop in Sandy. This store is kept up and is very clean all the time. The staff has always been super helpful when needed. The pharmacy staff is also great to work with.

Reasonably priced, the meat counter staff are really friendly and helpful. They cut two beautiful Top Sirloin cuts since they were almost all out on the display. Good job Sandy.

A very friendly staff that has amazing customer service. I never have an issue with this store being too busy or dirty. For an older location it has been very modernized and kept up to date.
