I frequent this store often as I live up the street. Today, I came in to buy new slats for a broken bed frame. Everyone at the store is friendly, and there is usually at least 1 person ready to help with experience in what you need. Today, it was Dan. He knew exactly how to help and gave advice on how to complete the repair. Will be back next time I attempt to fix something.

We have frequented this store for years since moving to the area and are always pleased especially with the service and those who work there but we recently decided to take our 3 year old down as they advertised Santa being there and we were completely blown away. I assumed it would be some fairly small Santa but each department participated and they had the entire store involved with so many nice things for the kids including a free picture which turned out great. This place really cares about the community they are in and it shows. Always try to support here opposed to the big box stores and will continue to do so. From the tools, to paint, to large equipment rental, we have shopped here often and are not often disappointed plus they have a great rewards program

Stanford Home Center in Plum, PA is our go to store! Not only do they have everything you need for your home, but they do a lot for the community. The owner and staff members are friendly and helpful. They put on a great Christmas event for kids, bringing Santa in and letting the kids talk with him and get a photo. We love that this store is right down the road and we like to support locally owned businesses like Stanford.

We've been going to Stanford since moving to the area 7 years ago. They usually almost always have what we need and it's very convenient. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The perks they have are awesome and we love going there to enjoy all the activities they have throughout the year. It's nice to have a neighborhood store like this so close and with people that remember you when you come.

I love the mom-and-pop feel of Stanford Home Center. The staff are friendly and helpful. It may lack the selection of the big-box stores but you can't get lost in the small simple layout here. You'll pay a little more, too, but it's well worth it to have a neighborhood hardware store close to home.

This is a great home store, they have literally everything you could ever need (comparable to a lowes or ace) with a mom & pop feeling that makes you feel at home. Their employees know what they're doing & where everything is. I love this place & appreciate that face coverings are required & enforced.

My husband and I have been dealing with Stanford Lumber for 30 plus years. They are always our go to store locally. All the employees are kind , courteous, and helpful. There is a special lady stationed in about the middle of the store. She has always been there that I can recall. She adds a lot of knowledge to the store, and never fails to know where some item is. Keep up the good work Stanford.

Tracy, the manager of the Stanford Home Center Leechburg, PA location was instrumental in helping me prepare for the rain from Hurricane Ida yesterday and without her and the supplies from Stanfords, I would have thousands of dollars of damage to my home. Thank you Tracy and Jake!!! Andrew, the manager at the Plum, PA location has also helped me many times. Prices are competitive, excellent selection and most important, Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! From, a loyal customer for years.

Always, always have an excellent experience at Stanford. I have been shopping there for 30 years. Absolutely is my first choice in shopping for anything I need for home and garden. Love their Ladies Days too.

Everyone was very helpful. Went in for some shingles as my roof had more than the standard exposure. They did not have any in stock as they appear to be an older standard. However, Don from building supplies went above and beyond trying to find shingles that would match. Thank you again for your help Don!

Shop local. If we don't keep going to these smaller stores, the big box stores will take over. This location is top notch. John is super helpful and has helped me find knick knacks for small projects. They have that small town feel while providing a lot of merchandise. I also appreciate their vast nuts and bolts section. I can tell that their manager Andrew works really hard to keep that place running well.
