This is an interesting overstock discount store. The price is different every day and I’ve gotten some really good stuff and some surprise junk that either got donated or tossed in the end. But the facility is decent, the employees are nice, and they’re well organized. It’s worth checking out. Sometimes you know what you’re getting and sometimes you don’t. It’s the thrill of the hunt.

I'm a regular shopper of Concord's Where Ya Bin and after reading some of the negative reviews, honestly, I was quite surprised because that has not been my nor a lot of people I know experience.

Frankly, most of the negative reviews are from a long time ago or people who are unaware of how a bin store works and transparently, I was one of those. My husband is obsessed with bin stores and it has recently become a guilty pleasure of mine as well! In the last couple of months, we have purchased an Orbi mesh network ($300 piece of equipment), fog machines, and my favorite stair treads! Recently, I paid close to $50 for stair treads since ours were needing to be replaced. We purchased on Amazon and immediately used them. The next week I found treads at WYB for $14. Needless to say, I purchased multiple boxes of stair treads.

It's a bin store! These are overstock and return items please know that before you go in there expecting Sam Club experience.

If there is food, check the dates. Also, there is a difference between the expiration date and best buy date. Google it!

If you like something, go to the unboxing station. They are always happy to open and even plug it in for you. In some cases, you've saved hundreds so if there is a broken piece that can be replaced, people will still buy and make the changes necessary.

Also, the staff has always been exceptionally pleasant. They work hard and deal with so much from the public, and despite, I've always seen them smiling or being willing to assist as needed.

As I said, I've become a fan of bin stores as of late and frequent the two here in Concord. By far, my best experience is with Where Ya Bin. Don't sleep on this place!

Never been here and what an experience. I didnt understand at first but there is a daily price and anything you find is that price for the day. Just huge area of bins. Super fun. Took a teenager and we had the best time. We went on $1 day so super fun! They do not take cash. Must pay with card.

As far as bin store go, this one is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't get the negative reviews. First, understand the nature of the store. Second, test the stuff.

I went on a Saturday. I had heard about them on instagram and they did not disappoint. I got dibs on such awesome finds. The manager was very helpful but I can’t remember her name. She told me about others stores and the history of the organization.

I can’t not believe all these negatives reviews .I been going there 3 times a week and I always treated very nice .Even when I go with tons of boxes to the desk to open them for me to make sure all working they are polite and helpful.
All the people working there following the rules and people need to respect them and listen .I saw people fighting over stuff ,I saw people throwing stuff and the manager takes action .is that wrong to try to protect his store and his employees?
Don’t you think it’s time for people to learn to respect and follow the guidelines and be responsible for your own actions instead blame everyone else .
Bravo to all the stuff and management at the store .GREAT JOB !!

Y’all… they post their rules outside the store. If you don’t like it- don’t go in! Me and my friends love going here for deals. Y’all say they are rude.. they are NOT. I’ve ONLY met friendly staff while shopping (and I usually stop in once a week). It’s fun to dig through the bins to find “treasures.” Yes, I have gotten things that don’t work but that was my risk for not testing it. But overall I’ve gotten some AMAZING deals! And it’s the thrill of the hunt, right? I recommend coming here for some fun! You never know what you will find!

Fun place to discover products at a discount. Need a lot of time. Two ppl make it helpful. If possible, leave kids home. Not too much fun for them. No strollers allowed. No cash. Credit only. Have fun and pack your patience! I thought Tuesdays were good. I've read about the rude employees, honestly the 3 times I've been there, I only encountered very helpful employees. So maybe hit or miss.

Love this store their employees and Jason, the manager. They always make it a fun experience. It is absolutely a different style of shopping - that’s the nature of bin shopping.

Purses are now allowed in. The staff have their hands full as it is and now IMO this adds to their plate.

I’ve purchased items that were an unbelievable deal, but also taken home a few duds! The good far outweighs the bad though. Again that is the inherent risk of bin shopping!

Decided on a whim to stop by today while I was in the area. I’ve seen this place packed before and this was the first time the parking lot looked pretty much empty. Proceeded to enter Where Ya Bin and was immediately stopped by a employee. My mother and I were both told we could not enter to shop because we had purses. (Our purses are barely 12x6- they are small) We were told we would be welcome back into the store if we left our purses in the car and only came in with a wallet. That was a NO for me. We turned around and left, we were not leaving our purses in the car for someone to break into and take. I understand it’s a shoplifting thing, but seriously, if it’s that big of an issue, hire more help. I can understand not allowing huge bags or book bags, but a small purse? Come on. If I go back- without a purse- I will update my review accordingly.

8/12/23 : Finally stopped by again and it was $10 day. Was let in, no problem. I did not see anything stating no purses, I had mine on me and nothing was said. Found quite a few deals, something’s that were in the bins were definitely not worth $10 or less than $10 on Amazon. Will definitely stop again when in the area! Employees were nice and helpful. And something I learned, take some rubber gloves. Some items have leaked or things have gotten on them. I saw a lot of people wearing gloves . Star rating went from 3 to a 5.

People complain here about rude managers and rules. The rules are listed all over the place including their Facebook. Don't like it don't go. I love coming here. The staff do an amazing job. If it's messy it's because people can't follow rules. You aren't supposed to open boxes. If you want to see what's inside they have a testing station in the back. I love they enforce the rules at this place this keeps things running smooth and people not getting harmed.

My husband has been there twice, he said it's ok, stays very packed, with stuff and people. He went on 5 dollar day and dollar day. He got some goodies. There are just too many people shopping at once for him to want to go back. They do have very strict rules compared to most stores like these. Be prepared to wait in long lines.

The biggest tobacco and vape shop I've ever been in in my life I mean this place was like a gymnasium. A huge a selection of great smelling natural candles any type of rolling mechanism or paper you want plus every kind of hookah, bong, rolling machine, bowl or dab rig you can thank of. Whatever you smoke this is the place to find the products to use for it.

Went on a Sunday after lunch. There was no line outside, but the store was busy inside. The bins were full! Got two new items, in the box, with a retail value of $240. The staff & manager were friendly and helpful. My first visit was great!!

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and prices where very good! Come early on Friday and get lucky with the dice roll and you can get very good stuff. I purchased over 800 dollars worth of items and only paid 74$. Highly recommend this place.

The person who greeted us/checked us out was very nice. It's very busy and overwhelming but about the closest I think I'll ever come to digging for buried treasure. The prices are the same for all items, but tue price changes based on the day. There is a BIG sign in front of the door that tells you that you're not allowed to bring bags in, so you probably shouldn't bring a bag in.

I had a great time and the people outside were very friendly while we waited. Most of these negative reviews are complaints about purses and strollers not being allowed in. It's not that hard, read the rules, they're online and out front.

This is the best bin store in NC. The store is clean, employees are so friendly and helpful, and the manager is always there if you need something. I live closer to Greensboro, Winston Salem but I will drive further to come to Where ya Bin Concord!
