We are new to this Rite Aid, I am very impressed, they always welcome you when you enter the store and thank you for shopping there and the staff are very friendly and helpful, eager to assist you anytime you’re there. The Pharmacy is great also. If I could, I would give them higher then 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐+

Changed from one star to five . Overcharged me for my medication and told me there was nothing they could do. Taking advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income isn’t very nice. UPDATE— customer service handled the situation and I got the correct price charged . Thank you very much for quickly responding .

Hailey in the pharmacy was incredible kind, professional, and patient when my wife and I both showed up 5 minutes late for our Covid booster appointment. If they would have told us we’d have to reschedule, I would have understood completely. But they made time for us even though they had a small line, and did not even make us feel rushed or anything ( which would have been quite honestly our fault). Thanks :)

I have been going here since it was in Eckert. And nothing has changed in a good way customer service and always create and the people have been there for a while I watched a sales associate grow into the GM of the story I’m pretty sure her and I think that’s awesome. She knows what she’s doing in the layout of the store is quite simple but also elegant and get them props for setting up so quickly.
Also there’s a lottery machine and atm
Didn’t see much Covid cleaning but I’m almost positive knowing the manager for so long.
I was only there briefly to pick up a prescription and people working at the pharmacy elwork very hard and efficient.
FLU SHOTS ARE READY TO BE ADMINISTERED!!!
