10/10 customer service. The store was clean and neat! I was able to find everything I needed and more. The staff were super chill and helpful. And the location is very big! I’m definitely going to come back here.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely coming back haha. I forgot the girls name, but she had yellow hair, she was so nice!!

I went in to pick up an order on a Friday night. The employee was friendly and the store seems to have a really good selection, plus is more spacious than the one at Fashion Place.

I LOVE HOT TOPIC this one specifically bc the remodel is more better, I just bought 2 invader zim bags and they are so cute!!!! Definitely come here!

Huge selection of clothes and T-shirts! A lot bigger than the HotTopics in malls, and they have a wider selection of stuff. Would recommend.

Most of the designs I was looking for were either completely out of stock or weren't available in my size. When I did find something and proceeded to checkout it took me 10-15 minutes to get through, and the place wasn't even that busy. Honestly if you're looking to get something from HT either buy it online or just go to the one at Fashion Place. I was really stoked to check this place out since it's a lot closer to me but I left this place kinda disappointed. Hopefully since this is a newer location all of that will change here soon enough...

This place needs some customer service work. My 11 yr old daughter and I were in looking to buy some Christmas gifts. The two employees were talking about the sales goal for the day and how they are supposed to try to up sell. The store was not very busy and my daughter needed to use the restroom. I looked, and they have a men’s & ladies restroom and a drinking fountain between them. The door to the ladies room was locked, so I asked if we needed a key to use the restroom. The person that seemed to be the manager on shift said, “the restrooms aren’t open to the public,” in a rather rude tone. I asked if she was serious, because these restrooms are NOT hidden away from the public in any way. I told the employee that I guess I no longer needed to buy any gifts from Hot Topic today. I would have understood if the restrooms were in the back behind an “employee only” area. Hell, even if they had a black curtain over the restroom area I wouldn’t have even looked behind it to see them.

I came during business hours listed in my email to pick up an order and the store was closed with no staff inside, no one answering the phones and no sign
