Not too much collection as I expected. Very few women watch collection. Men's watch collection is not impressive..Staff is good ,tried their best to sell. They have good deals at present, much cheaper than black Friday deals as I asked an employee.

Didn’t seem to have my online order at first but they found it. Staff was super nice! Great selection

Natalie and Mark were super helpful! They were very knowledgeable about all of the bags and Natalie was able to find the perfect bag for me after asking only a couple questions and it was the first bag she showed me. Easiest exchange ever! They both were so friendly and funny. We enjoyed our visit and this is the only Fossil store I will visit from now on. :)

I would like to recognize two amazing people, Mark and Sierra. They had the best customer service and were extremely helpful not to mention patient. Natalie is a salesperson here and is really good at her job! For such a small store she's not pushy but she checks on customers and even remembers names. They didn't have a good selection of watch bands but they had a good sale on smartwatches when I went just recently.

Great location. Have a few watches from here, all at great prices. Just picked up a gen 3 smartwatch for $125 less than the gen 4. Staff is awesome and very helpful
