The assistant manager Caroline was Awesome! I spent nearly two hours there buying shoes for several different occasions. I sent forever trying on shoes since my feet are different sizes. Caroline helped me to find the right size and style for all the shoes I needed. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had an amazing experience! I am very picky when buying shoes and the variety of options available at Rack Room is perfect! They had a awesome sale going on as well of buy one get one half off. Also the customer service was phenomenal, I was greeted as soon as I came in and the associates checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay and they could help me out. They made sure to also let me know if what I wanted wasn't in store they were happy to help me get it ordered. I will defiantly be recommending Rack Room Shoes to my family and friends!

Great deals on shoes. Did notice the new balances were the same price as if going to the New Balance store, but otherwise, good value.

I have been in multiple times over the years and every time I am always pleased with how kind and helpful everyone is. My experience is always better than the last. The appearance of the store has also only improved over the years.Their deals are always the best especially if you are buying for more than one occasion or buying for multiple people. The buy one get one 50% off is a deal you can’t beat right now in this economy.

They have BOGO buy one get one half off, which is a pretty good deal. I bought 3 pairs of shoes there and signed up for rewards and right away I had $15 in coupons. Not bad. They have all the name brands.. Vans, Converse, Nike, Birkenstock, etc. There prices didn't seem to be much different from any other show store, other than the buy one get one half off deal which I believe they have going on pretty regularly. I recommend checking them out for sure!

Went in the other day with nearly no hope for them having shoes in my size (seeing how i stand over 6ft tall and wear a size 12 women’s shoe) but store manager Brandon was absolutely wonderful with helping me find something I loved while showing me the different selections he has in store. It’s like he read my mind and found the exact shoe I wanted, he’s very imaginative, creative and was very patient with me for the entire experience, I see myself going back in the near future and I will be recommending all of my family and friends to shop at rack room.

Overall, great place to shop for shoes. I had ordered an online pair at the store since they were out my size. The people there were friendly and very helpful.
Unfortunately, the delivery address got mixed up and was sent to someone else. When I called, I talked to one of the managers, Jacob. He was able to direct me to customer service and communicate effectively through departments to get my order redirected and sent to me. It took them less than 2 days to get this issue fixed. Very happy with the customer service all around!

I recently broke a bone in my left foot and although it's been seven weeks since the accident, I haven't been able to wear any of my shoes. My foot is still so very swollen I thought I'd give Crocs a try. I was assisted by a young lady named Khole. She was so kind and patient with me looking for sizes and styles that would not only fit me but not hurt the sore places on my foot. Khloe was a blessing for me as I am 79 years old and really needed her help. The manager at this store was courteous and helpful as well.

We had gone to nearly every shoe store at Tanger, and ventured over to Famous Footwear, only to discover their doors were locked because they closed at 7 (despite the mall closing at 9.) So, we tried one last place, Rack Room Shoes, and wouldn’t you know it? We found exactly what we wanted, for the price we wanted, and even though they were out of a certain size for one of the pairs of shoes, Ashutosh (a Rack Room employee) was super helpful and ordered the correct size for us on the spot. They will be shipped directly to our home which is super convenient. Ashutosh was very nice, very helpful, and definitely made our shoe shopping experience after a long, draining night worth it. You’ve got a new loyal customer!

Great place to shop, Caroline the Assistant Manager was awesome when we were in a couple days ago so was the associate Sam! Very neat and organized, and prices were clearly displayed will be coming back!

Great find while looking for a close show store. Lots of name brand shoes and good discount on designer shoes like Vans. Staff was very friendly, Tosh and Sam were super nice and helpful!

Excellent deals-buy one get one 1/2. Located next to kirklands, close to old navy! Sells Sperry, Nike, Adidas etc. Casual, formal, summer and dress shoes. Staff is wonderful and helpful. They will order if dont have your size, no charge. Used coupon in tanger book. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. My new favorite shoe store!!!!!
