I came in last Thursday for new wiper blades. They didn’t have them in stock so the employee (who appeared to be the only one working there) ordered some for me. They arrived only 2 hours later so I picked my daughter up from daycare and swung over to buy them. My daughter being 2 years old was having a tantrum so I called the store and asked if he could just bring them out to me. He came out and installed them very quickly and took the cash no problem so I didn’t have to run inside or take my daughter out of the car. I am so grateful, especially today with the snowy weather. Thank you for great service!

I have lived in Channahon since 2006. Every time I visit the autozone in Minooka, there is one employee. That stands out, this employee goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving the store. From helping you change your battery windshield wipers, reading the codes that pop upnon your dash or helping order parts for you . His name is Ryan Nicpon. I see this employee going far in the autozone company. I recommend him for a supervisor or higher. Ihope who ever reads this feels the same way I do.

Need a code checked out or to price out some parts for your vehicle? Always a good place to stop if you're car/ truck is in need of fluids or generally anything vehicle related..

The one manager I believe named Augustine is just the best. I go to this autozone all the time and I had a complicated transaction this last time where I was returning things, getting more things, the parts I needed were for different vehicles, and at first I thought I did not have a receipt. He remained a true professional and got the job done wall also helping other staff. The guy is a customer focused problem solver and a true asset to the team there.

Everyone that works there is so helpful. I needed windshield wipers because one broke off. I called the store and they had my order ready for me. They even changed my wipers while it was raining. I tried to tip and he said no. Truly a great place.

Came in today because I needed a new Battery for my car. I was helped by, Dan. What a very pleasant man he was. It’s really hard to find people who actually care and Greet you with a smile like Dan did with me. Dan, If you’re reading this, thanks again for all your help. My car runs great and you ended my day with a smile :)

Great staff! Bought a new bulb for my crv and Daniel the manager with the white ponytail installed it for me in the cold and wind. I wanted to tip him but he didn't accept. It was a great experience. It's hard to find customer service like that also the store in Naperville on Ogden would not install.

I came into the Minooka AutoZone today (1/27/'23) with a problem... my driver's side windshield wiper had broken off, it was snowing like crazy and I was on a cane as the result of a fall. The clerk, an older guy with white hair & a beard came out in the nasty weather and put the new wiper blades on my truck that I'd just bought. I tried to tip him but he said "no". He was truly a lifesaver today! Thanks!!

Alex and their manager were super helpful and nice!! We came on our semi truck and they were super helpful with finding all the tools that we need!

Great customer service. Was able to walk ask for what I needed and get checked out quickly.
I am sure if I had asked for help installing new the new wiper blades they would have helped without hesitation.

I know it's "their job" to put on windshield wipers, and to check the dash lights if we need it. But this location has SUCH friendly associates, I truly appreciate them!

Eric and Dillon helped me out today. They were both so kind and helpful. They both helped me put new wipers on my car, and it is so cold! I appreciate this location and how they helped me. I have never went into an auto zone that had such genuinely nice people either. Will come here for all of my car needs ! Thank you guys !!!

The manager, Tristan, and the other gentleman working tonight were extremely helpful to this very confused and stressed out driver! I was trying to figure out how to replace the headlight that was out on my 2008 Buick Lucerne and they each took time out to try and help. I appreciate this VERY much. I've been a customer of Auto Zone for years...and I'll make sure to continue to shop at your store for years to come. Keep up the great work!!

I came here because I thought my battery was acting up. These guys not only helped me out for the day. They took time and made sure I knew what was happening to my car. I appreciate them and my journey in my truck isnt over because of them. They all know their stuff here and I recomend any one who needs help to this location. Thank you guys! I made it to where I needed to go for today. I may even call from my destination when the problem is fixed!

Purchased all my parts online over night, was informed that parts were not in stack as stated but they were in stock later that day.

When to the store in Minooka and purchased a new battery for my Ford F150. Liz, the employee at the store was very helpful. She installed my battery for me in no time at all. Liz is amazing! I will definitely go back to that store again. Thanks "Queen Elizabeth"!

Randy at my local auto zone in minooka IL was outstanding. He helped me replace two headlights and was very friendly. Additionally, he went above and beyond to assist me and had great customer service

Tristan was extremely helpful with getting my car jumped and then getting the battery replaced. It is good have a local business with such great customer service.
