Hannah at the pharmacy helped me get almost $175 back after the system didn't automatically apply coupons. That means alot when it's all you've got until next pay day, and you can't work without your medicine. Hannah is such a good person for helping me, even though it was busy and she could have blamed me for the misunderstanding but she helped me instead. I hope Hannah has a really good valentines day.

Terrible drive through service. First my prescription wasn't even ready, then they said 15 minutes. When you're in pain, that is an eternity. They messaged that it was ready, but it took almost 25 minutes in the drive through lane. Totally unacceptable. Hello walgreens!

Claimed it would take 30 min to fill my order, so I stuck around the store. It took 2 hours! Unacceptable. Solved by simply asking for my phone # (my wife's acct, not mine). Never again.
