What a great experience! Regina was very informative and helped me and my fiancé through switching from my parents account to his, setting up new phones and an apple watch! She got everything set up where we got to walk out the door with everything functioning and accessible! 100/10 would recommend her and this location! She was lovely!!

Update 3-8-24...had to get a new phone so I stopped in and Regina set me up!! She was super friendly, had great options and took the time to explain everything! Every time I've been in here, I'm impressed by the service! I've always had great customer service with Verizon and the Minooka store is no exception! We stopped in to get a new tablet and the gal working was super friendly and helped us get exactly what we needed!

This store is awesome. They take care of what you need and do not try to pressure you to buy unnecessary phone plans and accessories. I just upgraded my phone here and the process was so much easier than the other Verzon store I've gone to in the past.

Drake helped me with three different things when I came in this afternoon! He was quick and efficient with switching out a sim card on my phone, deactivating a different watch account for my daughter and then was able to fix a long-standing issue with my husband’s phone. Very knowledgeable and great customer service!

Ask for Matt! We came in right when the store opened at 10:00 am and he greeted us with a smile. Answered all my questions and were in and out quickly with my son’s new phone for his birthday!!
