I come here fairly often to purchase groceries in the mornings, and occasionally I need help finding things in aisles due to my limited vision. I'll ask around and most of the young kids don't know anything.. I'm always left aimlessly wandering. Well, I just wanted to make this review to give a great shout out to Lindsey from drive & go. It's so nice to see a fresh and friendly face that looks genuinely excited to be at work. She guided me to the exact aisle I needed to go to, AND helped me to download the Jewel app! I no longer need to find things mostly on my own. The app will now make it so helpful to see things up close, which is something I never even thought of. Thank you! 👍🏽

Old: The cashier today had a serious attitude problem (not sure why people are cool being rude to someone who is smiling nicely at you), but our bagger person was fantastic!

Store is always clean and organized. Farmstand is well stocked, shelves and bins are clean, and produce is healthy looking and not damaged. Love shopping at this location even though it's a bit further of a drive than my closest store!

I live close to this location and shop there a few times a week . The staff & managers have always been very helpful during my 10 years of shopping at this location & have always go above and beyond to assist. The staff they have are very respectful and genuine when they answer you or even as they walk by they say hello . Jewel either has an excellent training program or they got really lucky with the type of employees that they hire .that says a lot for the way people are nowadays with the newer generation.

I work at Jewel. I like working at Jewel. I shop at Jewel. I like shopping at Jewel - especially while using their app. Middle of the fray when it comes to prices, but great customer service & good selection.

Employees are always friendly and willing to help when needed. This location has the THE best manager that stays connected with be communities he serves and keeps us up-to-date on any delivery delays. It really helps when you are planning grocery trips when weather is bad or you are down from a surgery or injury!

The grocery side is fantastic!! John is a rockstar and really goes the extra mile for his customers. Now the pharmacy on the other hand, not so much. I have issues literally every month. Even so, because of the effort of mngt and staff on the grocery side, I'll keep bring my business here!!!

Really love my local Jewel. All the employees are so friendly. I only wish they always had the sale/reward items. Almost every week there is at least 2 items not available. But overall, great store!

I love to shop at Jewel-Osco . It's not close to home but worth the trip! Great choices and selections not available at many stores. The pharmacy has nice people who are very helpful.

Guys are nice but remember they receive water load only friday. If it’s Saturday they might not take you. There receiving hours are 4 am to 9 am. Never after friday or after friday

This Jewel is just down the road from my house but by far one of my favorite Jewel's in the area. They seem to have a larger selection of groceries than most, and is always well stocked and clean. I was stopping at a different Jewel that was on my way home from work for a while but kept having issues with some of my produce rotting quickly, but I don't have that problem here.
For family gatherings I order large quantities of chicken and sides online and have never had a problem. It is always made on time, hot and fresh.
They have put in a brand new Starbucks which is awesome and convenient.
I can be pretty needy, especially when Oscar Meyer lunchables are on sale and there are no more pepperoni ones left, but Dave in produce is always super friendly, knows my entire family because we always seems to be there, and is always very willing to help us find anything we need. We make sure to look for Dave every time we are there!

The staff was so kind today. I was kindly and courteously asked if I wanted help...I have to use your scooter.

Customer Service was so nice to me...He made me so happy that I cried... He blessed me...rang my groceries there...Such a beautiful environment in Jewel's. God bless you...

Employees asked me if I needed help to find things. Everyone very friendly. Young lady (with a packers mask) helped us with our mega load of groceries. Great team.

The staff at this jewel always does thier best to help in anyway they can.. usually very friendly cashiers.. even the younger ones. Polite.

Definitely one of my favorite jewel locations it's just too bad I'm not out in that area more The store is absolutely spotless and the employees are fantastic, and very helpful

Since the renovation, this store is top notch. It is well stocked with staples and more unusual ingredients that will expand my palate. It is definitely more sophisticated than it used to be, and it is always well-staffed.

The bake staff (Debbie, Rebecca, Rose and Melody) our outstanding. Dale in the meat-market is great too. These people really know how to treat the customer... no online experience can match good in-person customer service.

Chris in the deli was very kind and patient and very pleasant to talk with. I enjoyed his kindness he's a great asset to the deli. Thank you Chris

Just did a curbside pickup order and it was an excellent experience! The order was ready earlier than promised, which was nice, and the employee who brought it out was super helpful and very pleasant. It was fast and very convenient!
