Ross Dress for Less

I would like to say what a wonderful experience I had today with the help of one the associates, by the name of Ms.Myra. I wasn’t sure who the manager was, and should have spoke about it while there, but I usually do it in person and online. She is truly an awesome person!!! She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a men fanny pack or tool pouch to put around my waist for a tool that I purchased. I noticed when I approached her, she was already doing some else, and I said excuse me could I ask you a question. She said yes how can I help you, and she did everything in her power, to help me to leave with what I came in for. Please management make sure this lady is recognized for giving her best and excellent customer service. The rest of the staff I encountered today was great as well. I am a happy customer, and I give her 5 stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect place to ship in during the holidays they close until 12:30am. It's a little messy and all over the place but there is no waiting at the checkout line or bumping into people at the fitting rooms.

Excellent prices on brand new merchandise. And it is like a treasure hunt everytime because I find things that I need!

It was very nice and clean organized not shoes everywhere like I'm usually used to seeing and the line move very quick so this was a very good experience at this Ross I definitely did not take any pictures wish I would have but next time that I go I will definitely will and the prices are great. My favorite part are the shoes I love shoes!

Absolutely devine store. So many range to choose from and with great prices. Especially during prom season, the dresses absolutely caters to every sizes. I love the selections that are presented in the store. The customer service is great and the employees really helps you when you need it. The line moves fairly quickly and there are lots of register open.

I have NEVER felt so welcomed to Ross as I did today. Everyone was very friendly!! The store was by far the most clean and organized Ross I have ever visited. Well done! (Tuesday morning @ 9am visit.)

Very nice store which had exactly what I was looking for and very reasonable prices, what i bought was quite a bit less expensive and better quality than the big box store down the road! I shop there mainly for household goods and highly recommend this store for that. They have a bit of everything and currently give a small senior discount on Tuesdays!

It is truly dress for less. It was my first time shopping at Ross and I'll definitely be back. Its like the TKMaxx in Europe but better prices. The shop was well layed out each section labelled and neatly arranged. You have a greeter that welcomes everyone that comes in through the door. I like this very much. The changing room is towards the back. The staff are very helpful and polite. There is free parking and the store had toilets for customers.

Always finding great deals at Ross ... when the discount shopper in me comes out! Lol

Ross is always an wonderful adventure yes the line's get a little bit long but it's so worth the wait.

They really had alot to choose from in my size and the styles I love. Couldve had more tennis shoes in my size though. I wear an 8 and they had two pairs that I loved in a 7. Bummer. Got over it though. Great store!! Friendly staff.

Ashley (with curly brown hair) was so polite and super patient. I brought in a lot of returns (using 5 receipt). She was so patient and bare with me. One of the nicest employee I have ever met at Ross. She’s a keeper for this job.
