Ross Dress for Less

Staff were super friendly. I didn't have to wait too long in line. Pretty busy . Most are wearing masks.

Friendly staff. Long line at the register but worth it! My kids and I always find something we like. I love the variety of stuff I dont easily find elsewhere like elderberry concentrated juice, turmeric powder, essential oils for my hair. Lots of items to choose from. Even found dry sage to burn and cleanse my home of bad energy. Overall, great store, affordable prices.

Okay so I come in here pretty regularly sometimes twice a week. I have a class and I go in here to kill time and see what treasures I can find lol.

This location is probably the best Ross I have ever been in. And I have been in a lot of locations. This store is always clean. It's always organized. You won't find anything on the floor and no clutter on the shelves. I have never met the Store Manager but my hat goes off to them and they deserve a raise. Staff is friendly and professional. I'm always greeted by the sales associates when I'm shopping and right when I come in the door. I'm also always thanked and told to have a great day when I leave.

My hat also goes off to this store's LP team as well. They are on top of everything and always have a strong presence in the store. Which I love.

In general Ross stores are shopped very hard and have a lot of foot traffic good and bad. Lines can be long at times but staff always keeps cool and I almost always hear a MOD jump on the PA when the lines get too long calling for more help up front. The SM knows how to hire the right staff and clearly takes pride in their store.

The customer service and loss prevention are always nice here. I've gone in a couple times this last week, each time for different things, luckily for me, they were in stock with what I needed!!

Came here for some shirts, found plenty of what I needed for a lunch with my dad. Prices were pretty good, there were no line to try out my new clothes. The lady was very instructive and helpful

I love the Ross store located on Madison and Arlington aves, you can actually go to a section and find what your looking for it’s not all scattered and mixed up sizes it’s actually great. I like that they have great buys on exceptional products for affordable prices and if the lines get long the associate ( savannah cano opens up the customer service and return lines to help expedite customers purchases wait times.

Generally, a pretty good selection of products. Lately, the mens shoes department has been lacking in variety but that's a supply issue, I'm sure. What I do appreciate is the wide offerings of backpacks and duffel bags.

Out of all of the Ross I've been to, this one is the best! They have a variety of large sizes and great style. Prices are amazing, very cheap. Good material. Workers couldn't be nicer. Small lines, perfumes smell BOMB! Everything is wonderful.

The staff was very welcoming. Store was clean. They have some of the branded products such as Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, CK, etc. for very low prices compared to major retails such as Macys.

Ross got the best prices around an the good name brand long line every time But the employees worked so fast you'd be out of there fast that's wy I love Ross fasho 💯✌👌

Nice security man opened the door for us and directed us to the department we wanted. Even tho we did not find what we were looking for, the store appeared to be well stocked.

Much bigger than most other Ross stores with more product of the shelves, friendly employees, and the long line went very quickly. Super nice!

When I was younger this place used to be pure garbage. Customer service was bad. Now it is so much better and saw one of my favorite employees. Lines are very long, but am surprised with the quality now.

I love, love, LOVE this store!!!! Most of the employees are SUPER chill. Management is on point and the whole system seems to be running smoothly...great job everyone.

I had a pleasant visit. More variety of things and clothing sizes than other Ross stores I've visited. Cashier was fast and friendly.

Love the prices, they have plenty to choose from, great home deco. The only bad is, be prepared to stand a long line to check out and don't drink water before shopping there, as they don't have public restrooms.
