The UPS Store

The store assistant was very friendly and thorough. She seems knowledgeable as well. I was at this store for fingerprinting and she was very helpful. I feel bad for not remembering her name.

The ups store does all the work for you and it ships faster than any other place ive been to.

They made it a easy process for me to scan my documents for my father's scatter at sea.

Even with one employee working I've never spent more than 15 minutes here with a line full of people. They are quick and efficient at what they do. Always keeping the line moving if you have an Amazon return or pick up. Thank you for all your hard work!

Was there to mail a package. Place is smallish but neat and orderly looking. I experienced good customer service attention and received a much appreciated recommendation, from the clerk, for the next time I ship a similar parcel.
I now receive my mail here. The customer service and staff have been quite good actually! Always orderly and clean, as is the norm here.

Had to get something notorized and the first UPS store on magnolia couldn't help me with that for another 3days from today. We took a chance and drove to the ups store on Arlington. We were in and out. Got my form notarized and mailed it. Customer service was awesome as well.

My mom went 3days in row to post office and not once did they help her with filling out the forms they wanted her to fill out, so I told her to go next door to the UPS store and they would help her which they did. She was in and out of there in no time, they helped her with her packages, filled out the forms for her and even looked up the address the PO said was incorrect. She walked out a satisfied customer.

Went in to drop off a package but I was in the wrong place for drop off and the gentleman let me know kindly were I had to go(post office).He was so polite and helped me securely tape up my package. I was honestly in awe as to how nice and helpful he was. If you are reading this, thank you so much!

I have never had a problem with any of the employees here. All I do is drop off packages and they always are polite to me and greet me with a smile. It might just be that I am super sexy and they can't help themselves but I think in general they are just cool people.

I have been to other UPS stores as well as Postal service stores and my whole goal when I go in is to make it quick, fast and easy because I have other things to do. That's exactly what they did here and I was so grateful because it didn't make me regret going and using them. They were so extremely nice and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

The manager is exceptional. He listened to my concerns regarding my medical shipment, which was being sent back. He also listened to the experiences I had with a particular employee there who couldn't fully see how vital my delivery was to me. He took the time to listen and answer questions with care. He went out of his way to help find a solution to the problems I was experiencing. Thank you for your kindness and patience.
