This place is great! I can usually find what I need and I'm in and out pretty quickly. The employees are so nice and helpful too. I love the coupons and deals on the app. They have a little bit of everything so you're bound to find what you need.

Went back and forth with another pharmacy in fox lake for 3 days regarding my dad’s insurance. It was urgent to get the scripts filled. We transferred it here to CVS Roundlake and the pharmacist found his insurance right away. She picked up the phone, (yes she sounded busy too) but she picked up and was polite and got it done. Thank you!!!

Wow, what a difference between the RLB Walgreens and this CVS. This place was clean, orderly, staff was attentive. The RLB Walgreens is so busy all the time it's literally stressful to shop there now. I hate that store more and more. But this CVS? Absolute heaven. Larger selection of food items too. I may switch my prescriptions here too. No huge lines like at Walgreens. What a breath of fresh air. We need more competition like this, otherwise the big guys never change.

I have never been to a pharmacy in all my years that has been so attentive and work so hard to push things through insurance. The pharmacist is always friendly, educated and professional.

I used to be a customer of Walgreens, but due to their insulting rude employees and non-existent customer service, I moved to this CVS and LOVE IT. The store manager is very helpful and polite. Im never going back to Walgreens again.
