My husband was craving for donuts and due to the winter storm all the stores were closed. He could finally get some fresh donuts here at Jewel Osco. The donuts were delicious and got them at good price. The store is always clean and has everything that you need to offer. Go check it out!

The produce section looks amazing! Great selection. Picked up a few things today but everything I needed was in stock. A young lady named Mackenzie (dark hair, medium length) helped me and she was so kind! There are some things you need to watch in that they're a true sale or not, but they need to stay competitive with everyone else. They're updating the store, too, which is really nice.

Edit: went today 2/4/24 and it is very nicely updated. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Thank you to the bakery department for making a beautiful birthday cake for my daughter! She loved it 😁

I usually go to the fox lake store but today I had to go to the round lake store and the staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to help you. A great store!

They called the recipient before attempting delivery as requested. Some roses had been substituted but the bouquet was beautiful and my friend loved it. The roses looked fresh and vibrant. Excellent service!

I love shopping at Jewel Round Lake Beach. An employee on the front end is one of the hardest working employees I have noticed. She goes from service desk to self check out to the regular checkout to bagging back to service desk and over and over. Her name is Emily and keeps the flow going. Great job Emily. And Donna is a wonderful employee, she ran the outdoor garden area and now inside. Two great employees and I will continue shopping Jewel.

We recently switched pharmacies to this location and I am so thrilled with them. Professional, polite and so very helpful. It is always a pleasure, treated well and everyone is a delight.
The Jewel is clean, employees are helpful even at the busiest of times and we get great deals. The bakery and produce and floral departments are the best and quality is excellent.
I highly recommend this location for all departments and am very happy we shop there now and again the pharmacy is the absolute best.

Been our go to store for years Love the remodel. Staff is GREAT, the store Always have what ur looking for. Love the Pharmacy hours and Pharmacists are SUPER helpful.

I've shopped at Meijer since they opened but their store has become too big for their stock. They load their shelves with nonsense to take up space and their prices are higher. I went back to shopping at jewel and it was going through a time warp. Even their eggs are priced lower. Stick with what you know I guess. 😏

Between buying sale items and using their rewards program, which is free btw, I saved over $40. Rewards program is really easy to use as is their electronic coupon clipping. Just make sure to watch prices... some items are more expensive and I chose to get those from a different store. Employees are all very nice and competent.

I go to Jewel Osco for food and Meds. The people are always friendly and some make a point of knowing my name, which is nice. I always check the bread in the bakery, trying to see if it's still warm from the oven. I also like the vegetables, and sushi.

I live just down the road from jewel-osco, so when I was looking for a new pharmacy it made good sense to give them a try. I transferred all my meds over, and it was so easy! The pharmacists greeted me by name immediately! I have to say it went a long way in my decision to stay! All their staff are friendly, and extends courtesy to all who come to their window. Im giving these guys 5 out of 5 because they earn it every time they smile at a customer and greet us like we matter to them, its a really good feeling when just a polite greeting and a smile can mean so much in times such as we are living through now. Thank you Osco for making me feel like you care whats happening to me!

I love this Jewel, mostly because I can't stand the crazy busy super stores anymore. This store is busy, but not stressful to shop at. It dies down at night which is nice for us introvert shoppers who can't stand crazy busy places anymore. It's actually a relaxing place to shop the later it gets. Staff is always nice, some have been with this store for awhile which is also nice. Good selection of everything. I still love their deli and produce section. Good quality. They have a lot of sales going on at any given time. If you're tired of super store madness, check out Jewel every once in awhile. Yes, places like Aldis are cheaper, but they have little selection and are always mobbed. I go to places like that too, but sometimes Jewel is just a nice change of pace.

HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE GOING TO JEWEL ALWAYS SOMETHING ON SALE PEOPLE ARE HARD WORKERS AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT JEWEL FOR 60 YEARS THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN OTHERS COME AND GO ITS ALWAYS JEWEL WHO IS STILL THERE THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT

I go to this jewel for deli meat. Not a huge selection but the do have good products. The most friendly deli workers at all the jewel store I shop at. I tend to try to stop here just for that reason. I've always got fresh meat that doesn't go bad in less then a week. When I spend 30 dollars a week on lunch meat that is very important to me.

Very clean and well stocked store with pleasant employees. Has the best pharmacy I've ever used and I've been through a few in my 50 years! Competent pharmacist and techs that are extremely pleasant and accommodating. I've been so impressed with them that I deal with having to go into the store bypassing others with the convenient drive thru!
