Had the pleasure to get some help for my child's nintendo switch from The Area Manager "Tes". I was having issues downloading a game we had purchased.

My hats off to this wonderful dedicated Manager at Game Stop on Rollins, she really didn't have to help us it was close to closing time & on a weekend to top it off. She went ahead and helped us anyway she re-download the game & giving us tips on features going above and beyond making sure everything was as should be.

Both My daughter & I are so great full knowing this organization still has wonderful staff such as "Tes" that really care about customers and their or children's needs in my case. The smile on my childs face was priceless. I highly recommend Game Stop for any purchases or help needed on consoles or games.

You can say what you want about GameStop corporate policies (I agree), but this location over the years has been good to me. I don't shop here as often as many people do but when I come in I usually get what I need. They are helpful and knowledgeable. If and when GameStop corp goes under. This location will be missed.

Always been a reliable store. Friendly staff, and often had good stock of products. Also right next to Meijer, so it's great for camping a few hours before they open for hard to find products (such as figures and consoles)

This place is great literally the guys in the know what they're talking about every time I go in I plan on spending about 20 bucks and I end up spending about a hundred or more and literally will make you not let you buy what you don't need and they'll definitely help you out with what you do need and if they got a price or sale or something in the back they can help you with they'll get it tell him Chris sent you... Highly recommend 10 Stars five thumbs

I had a perfect experience there I was picking out a gift that I was not too familiar with so I asked fit their advice. Btw I came in behind what looked like a big rush of holiday shoppers but I had the 2 young ladies and the young man to myself. All three pitched in to point me in the right direction and there was not the slightest snarky or rude behavior you would almost expect when they are being mauled by holiday shoppers. Thank you for your help I hope my daughter loves the expansion pack you suggested.

great selection, great customer service! the employee at the register (i believe their name was Randi) answered all my questions. they had a great attitude and made my experience more enjoyable.

The staff here is all around great! Way better than Walmart and Best Buy by far! Chris made my visit and exchange for a new product super easy and was cool about everything! Greatly appreciate the help guys! Keep it up.

Thank you so much to Robert at GameStop on Rollins rd! Even through technical issues with the computer system, he remained patient, understanding, and helpful the entire time. Even when Cricket would not! I'm writing this just after posting my scathingly negative review of the next door Cricket store. I mention this because, even though i was flustered, Robert helped me calm down and work through the rest of my business.

Went there with my son. The store manager was so helpful and nice. Lots to choose from. Definitely knows his stuff and would recommend this shop.

Staff is always super helpful and fun to chat with. They know the ins and outs of the industry, so if you have questions, more likely than not, they know the answers.

I went in seeking a game, more specifically god of war, the one with his son. The employee here,(so sorry I forgot your name) told me that it was a good game as I had already heard. SINCE MY VISIT 2 WEEKS AGO, I have platinumed the game on my ps4. VERY MUCH SO would reccomend if you enjoy open world collecting and tons and tons of different enemies and missions.

I never really give reviews, but my experience at Round Lake Gamestop was made phenomenal thanks to Russel. I just ordered a brand new console just so I can play God of War and get in really good shape. Give this man a raise. He was so supportive and helpful, and I truly felt like I was in a Gamestop. It was really immersive. Anyways, I am beyond impressed with the great customer service and will definitely be visiting in the future.

The release of Xbox series X and S was the other day, I think they did a great job of handling a busy day, communicating with the the customers so the day went smooth for people that were there to get their game system.

Very much reccomend Round Lakes gamestop with gaming needs! especially if you do not know what you are doing. Tiffani was so helpful today she went over and beyond for me. i came in looking to buy my son a nintendo switch having no clue what to get or what i needed and she made sure i knew everything and walked away with everything. she took her time and answered my five million questions I am so thankful!! there needs to be more store associates like tiffani in the world!!!

Oh I LOVE this place! It's small but they always have what we want AND the people that work there are a hoot along with being super sweet.

This particular location is quite nice. You don't get the typical "I'm a better gamer than you" vibe from the staff like you do other places. Always willing to help and check in on you while you browse.

Great service and awesome cooperation between the customers and employees.. Everytime i had a question about realese dates or preorders they gave me a very satisfactory answer.. I highly recommend this store

Great store with amazing customer service. A few nice collectibles at decent prices. Parking is limited. Gamestop now prices matches.
