I really have never been let down here. The staff is generally very knowledgeable or will loop in those that are considered subject matter experts. This day, I worked with the Geek Squad on my laptop, shutting down my Serato software. They wiped it clean and had ready in two days opposed to the week they thought it would take. Under promised and over delivered!!

This is the only best buy I'll shop at, the employees are always polite and it feels genuine. They are very helpful. If you're looking for something they don't have in store or online, they will take the time to try helping you find the item elsewhere. If you want to feel appreciated as a consumer, just come here.

We’ve had great experiences twice at this location.

Once when we bought a TV last year, the young kid there was very smart knowing their products. He recommended the right TV for is and we can’t be any happier honestly, a year later.

Second time buying an Iphone and having them transfer all the data to the new phone, Lance was great to deal with after coming from a bad experience at the Verizon store down the street.
Lance took the time to make sure we are well taken care of

My partner and I visited Best Buy today for a new dishwasher. We received very good customer service from the salesman, William L. He was helpful and knowledgeable and made it a good experience.

I had some great service from Paul Sereno. He made sure, I got the right TV and delivered it on the right date.

Wonderful store and customer service is very helpful. It was a nice experience. Great prices and they also price match. Plenty of parking.

Went to Best Buy to pickup my pre-order of the Pixel 8 Pro and the free Pixel Watch 2. The package already waited for me and the trade-in took 5 minutes to complete. A few hours later I was notified that the trade in value was already credited to my account. Couldn't be happier. I used to preorder from the Google store and then I had to wait days before I received the credit. The whole process was much quicker and smoother at Best Buy. From now on I will do all my phone purchases at Best Buy.

We've been going to this particular Best Buy for years. Their staff is always top-notch. This time, Isaias helped us decide on a TV and sound bar. He was patient, knowledgeable, and nice. He even realized there was a better sound bar on sale, so took the time to delete out the first one, go get the second one and enter it in for us. After showing me the sound difference. Stellar service!

Talked with Matt in Geek Squad. A recently bought appliance was unable to be fixed. Hey was very helpful with a complete exchange and removal of the broken one. Mad the process very easy. Thanks Matt.

Joel Rodriguez was incredible and knowledgeable when helping us set up our new phone. He reassured us and answered every question we had. He was super patient with our very little knowledge in technology. We are going home feeling confident that we were in good hands.

I want to start by saying the manager in appliances, Angel (at Gurnee, IL), was amazing! We bought a washer and dryer back in December and not 6 months later the dryer was out. Dealing with the call center was a nightmare, but we went in to the location to replace it and she was super helpful. Then a month later the washer is having issues. We went in and she remembered us. Right away she was able to help us and upgrade to the washer that matched our new dryer. She was absolutely wonderful and answered any questions we had right off the bat. She knew exactly what she was doing and she was super nice about it all.

I had an issue with Bitlocker blocking me out of my Laptop and couldn't retrieve the code - I would have had too sacrifice 5 years of photos, videos, and projects in my portfolio if Abby didn't go the extra mile in trouble shooting and finding an atypical solution

Despite the store being very busy the day before Christmas Eve, someone found me and asked if I needed help finding anything!

For the life of me I could not find the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller and I was buying it for my brother as a Christmas gift!

Super friendly staff, honored the $40 difference from a competitor for the price match and because I used my Best Buy credit card [which I forgot and they easily looked up for me with ID/phone number, then entered social myself] and was a member of their tech program [bought it with PC], I got the $60 2 year warranty free of charge!

Fast checkout, had 5 people working and despite the business, was in and out in under five minutes!

Awesome experience. I was in need of a new router and Ron helped me out tremendously. He was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my options and made recommendations based on my needs. Also very courteous and overall very pleasant person. Highly recommended location especially if Ron's the one helping you out. 10/10
