Had my tires and brakes done here over 3 years ago: aside from consistent quality service for my car the customer service has matched every single. Had a flat tire last night, called this morning & they said bring it in and we’ll get it done. Sure enough they got me in an out quickly enough at the last minute during the holiday season. Fritz helped me today on the phone & in person and made this process even more enjoyable! 11/10 recommend this location, the staff, & all the service they do! Thank you!

Amazing service! Will definitely come back again. These guys go above and beyond with their service. I was able to find some good tires at a good price! I called first to make sure they had my size and they were very help and other me more option than other surrounding tire shops. Will definitely recommend my friends and family! Came without an appointment and they had my tire changed within the hour. Service is very efficient and thorough. I was unaware I was missing a lug nut on one of my tires and Mike replaced it and informed me. Fritz and Mike had extremely good customer service. Would definitely recommend taking your car here.

This place is great. The prices are good and the employees there make you feel great about the purchase. I needed a battery installed fast so I could get on with my day and they were able to accommodate me in my time of need. Definitely going back for any maintenance or repair and definitely would recommend them to all.

Bought my tires here last year and came in for a rotation. They let me know I had a leak in one of my tires and fixed it for me. Overall a very painless process. Add in the great customer service and the extended weekend hours, and you get a place that’s a pleasure to do business with.

I have been doing my oil changes here for the last 3 years all I can say is they're exceptional in what they do, came in with a tire that has been leaking air they explained to me in detail why my car needed new tires, which I believe cause I've been traveling to other state 3 times a year for the past 4 years 12 hours drive, after using those tires for 4 years, I'm glad they took their time to check all my tires. Educated and customer service it's the best.

Recently had a very good experience at the Mavis in Round Lake. We brought the Civic in for a leaky tire. Fritz showed us what the issue was(sensor pressing against tire) and was very thorough and informative with his explanation. I'm not one to complain about bad customer service, since its easy to come by these days, I will rave about great service though. Listened to him talk to other customers while waiting and he was so knowledgeable and courteous, very genuine. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend.

I had a splash guard falling off my truck, Mike and Dave went above and beyond to help me out and get me road worthy again. They were fast and professional. These are the employees that make a business successful!!

Excellent service! Came in needing to patch a tire. Was taken right away and able to get it fixed within a hour, identifying the problem immediately and with a good price. Would highly recommend. Fritz was very nice, giving me good advice.

Fritz and David are so welcoming, so friendly, and incredibly trustworthy! So is the other gentleman that I had an interaction with yesterday! These are the people who will greet you, ask how they can serve you, and then explain in very clear detail how they will be helping you. I am so happy that I live near this Round Lake location! My new favorite go to tire shop. Great price and very thorough. Swapped tires, mounted balanced and valve stems faster than any other shop I've been to in the recent years.

Mavis Tires & Brakes in Round Lake IL gave us exceptional service ! We needed a battery replaced in our 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. Not only did the battery get replaced, but they filled up my power steering fluid for just the cost of the fluid
AND retrieved a screwdriver that I had dropped when I was trying to fill the power steering a few months back.
In addition to that, my rear blinker light was out and they replaced it . I thought Mavis just handled Brakes & Tires, Boy was I wrong! Thank you for everything!

Got a flat tire and had to be up in Milwaukee in a few hours. David was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday so we didn’t miss our dinner plans. He updated us while we waited and provided immaculate customer service.

Called today because as I was driving I noticed I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me in right away and promptly fixed the issue......I am truly grateful. Absolutely amazing service and staff!

The guys at mavis tire in round lake are good guys to get the job done. I had no appointment and they got me in right away to patch a tire that had a nail in it. They got my business every time and I don’t even live in round lake.
