This place is really amazing to find in these times! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They truly care about satisfaction, are courteous and know what they are doing. I haven't felt so good about a business in years.
They stand by their products and services.
Even if you're not a customer you can have your tires pressure checked and filled without getting out of your car for free. They even replaced our plugs for free and we weren't customers yet. They won us over and exceed expectations of today's service, lack there of.

I bought, paid for, and made my appointment on line. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and checked in. Not only did they get my car in 5 minutes early, I was out the door and on the road 25 minutes later! It took Discount Tire 25 minutes to remove, and mount 4 new tires! Lightning Speed!

The Men at the front end were professional and knowledgeable.
The young man who checked me out and brought my car and keys was Top Notch! The Best!

This is the only place I will use locally for tires. They're honest, straightforward, competent, and fairly priced. They helped me out a great deal when I found out a local dealership botched a patch -- removed the tire, showed me what was wrong, found a spare laying around that I could use, and bagged the bad one so I could take it back.

As one would expect with a good job, they are busy, so make an appointment first if you can.

Oh my, I was blessed today with the service that I got. I have a newborn and really worried about how I can change my tires for the winter. Luka is the best, he took care of my car and made my appointment go so smoothly. I have no words to describe the service he provided. He is the best who is doing his job excellent. Just gotta give them a shout-out for dealing with all these grumpy people who don't understand wait times. It's the day before potential snow and everyone is coming for tires and they're busting their butts making sure everyone gets what they need. And there are a lot of people who don't get that walk ins are 1st come 1st serve. You guys are awesome 😎 don't let anyone tell you otherwise 🎉

Repaired a tire punctured by a screw completely for free. Well run operation. Recommend scheduling appointments via the website to reserve a time for faster turnaround.

They are awesome. Today I had an appointment to get tires. They were very helpful. Make sure you purchase the warranty! I was in an out with in about 2 hours. Come here. If you have a flat and did not buy them here they will still repair the tire for free if it is able to be fixed.

The staff here is fantastic, they identified that 2/4 rims I purchased on Facebook marketplace were cracked and unsafe to drive on. They walked me back and clearly showed me the damage they found, then helped me order a different set of rims within my price range. They kept me safe and worked with my budget! Luka, Collin, Jimmy, and Don are true professionals. Highly recommend this location!

This place is great. I've had two situations where I've needed to swing by here with 2 different vehicles:

1) TPMS in aftermarket wheels wouldn't turn on, I purchased the wheels from Tire Rack.

2) Leaky valve stems.

This location handled both of my situations for FREE. I was ready and willing to pay for both and surprised both times.

Great experience. This was my first time dealing with Discount Tire. I usually buy tires at my local Sams Club or Tire Rack. Discount Tire came up as a preferred installer for Tire Rack and after speaking with them on the phone, it turns out they actually own Tire Rack. The online buying process made things extremely easy and efficient. I was able to save over $100 instantly by signing up for an online account. Great communication throughout the process, including letting me know my tires had arrived at their location. The facility is very modern and clean, providing a comfortable place to wait while your tires are installed. You can track the progress of the installation via their website tool. My tires were installed in about 40 minutes. All the employees I dealt with were very polite and professional. As a bonus, they include free Road Force tire balancing. Some installers charge more for this service. I'll continue to be a customer.

From the first set of tire I purchased from the Round Lake Beach discount tire location, I've always been impressed with the level of customer service. No matter how busy they are, they try to get to you quickly and efficiently and always with a smile. Doug the assistant manager helped me when my tire picked up a screw a few months ago and they repaired the tire for free. So when it came time to replace my tires, this location was the obvious choice. I was able to get the same tires my dealership was was offering for a couple hundred less. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Easy to make an appointment online. Went for tire rotation and balance. They said it will take about 90 minutes and it was under 90 minutes. Was informed about my place in line about 60 minutes in.
