Great experience today purchasing a refrigerator for our kids. Our salesperson Ed could not have been better. He was so patient, spent time understanding our requirements and paired us with the best model to meet our needs. Extraordinary customer service!!!

This Home Depot is like any other, for better or worse. The reason I'm writing this review is to shout out Yoshi and Val. My boys and I were killing some time when we saw the sale on Christmas decor. Both employees were very helpful and friendly. My car was being worked on across the way, so I was even able to leave my purchases behind the counter until I could come pick them up. I was able to get some good stuff at a steep discount, but the best part of my trip was just how nice and helpful both employees were. Thank you Yoshi and Val!

Store is well stocked and organized. I am usually able to easily find what I need. Employees are helpful and have been pretty knowledgeable in my experience here.

Saved a lot of time being able to cross reference a competitor's paint color and purchase a very close match at Home Depot! The staff is awesomely friendly and knowledgeable!

The people here rock. Smaller store. Often are out of stock for basic items and lack the ability to order.

I can always find what I need there, except for the green Fabuloso. But I can't seem to find it anywhere at the moment. They were also running a promotion that if you applied for a Home Depot credit card, they would take $25 off of my purchase.

As a Home Depot employee I’m the Midwest, I salute and grieve for the 83 year old employee who passed away from his injuries. My location will be grieving the loss of an associate who was willing to go above and beyond. We will do a half mast flag for him in his passing and honor. 🫡 I salute him, from one associate to another.

The store is synced up perfect with real time app. I needed a racket wrench and got in and out of the store on a 15 min breaks!!!

My first purchase was online and was supposed to get a 25 dollars off first purchase but it never showed up so the employee spent 45 minutes calling customer service and they were useless,he finally took care of the problem on his own, he name is James, don't know last name but he was very helpful

This home depot is a pleasure to visit. It may be an exceptional combination of caring staff with its location being very convenient for me, but i found myself completely switching most if not all my shopping from the big blue store to this one including tools and materials for my remodeling business.
I think that the locally sourced staff makes it a satisfying experience for the most part as i noticed that few other big box stores in Hillsborough offer exceptional customer service.
I had positive experience with numerous returns, with getting help finding items, and observing happy and positive interactions between staff members. Please keep up the standards, management!

We had the best service in the gardening area we have ever had. We didn't have to ask for help; Tom volunteered to help & went beyond my expectations from loading up bags of mulch on a cart to having 8 bundles of pine straw ready to load into my truck. Kudos to Tom; he gave the best example of superior customer service.

This Home Depot almost always had everything I need in stock. Today, I was greeted by 3 different employees that I hadn't previously seen. Thomas and Laurie were finally as always she the cashier was a pair to deal with. I don't see Meghan in customer service today, but wanted to note that she is always friendly and helpful!
