Had the best over the phone experience with a young lady trying to help me find headlight assembly kits. If they would have had them I definitely would have went in store. Customer service was too notch!

I’ve been coming in here for a few weeks now picking up parts for a project. Everyone Ive interacted with has been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s already appropriately staffed so there’s someone to help you in a reasonable amount of time.

A couple of the older gentleman there have been invaluable for their insight and assistance with troubleshooting things, and bouncing questions off. If someone doesn’t know something, they do their best to find out. I wish more businesses could be lucky enough to find employees like this.

This place has my business exclusively from now on thanks to their excellent staff. Auto stores carry the same things (essentially) for similar prices. Employees make the difference.

Got help from the sales associate finding exactly what I needed and got in & out fast enough to get to the jobsite early. Brilliant pit stop. Thanks for having the parts in stock that I needed Advance! So convenient that the store was between the house any my work. I know I'll shop there again.

It's about the only autoparts store I go to other than Napa sometimes if I have to. Sometimes it's only 1 or 2 registers open out of 6 employees standing around and the line gets backed up somtimes but not terrible. I'd say most of the employees are pretty knowledgeable but ive gotten to the point where I just go in with a list of part numbers instead of doing it by vehicle and avoiding all the questions. Saves time and headache for both of us.

Advance Auto is already one of my favorite places to get car parts (mainly because the male employees don't ask me if I know what I'm doing when I buy parts like Auto Zone tends to). However, this location quickly became my favorite because of the staff there. Dave, one of the managers, is my absolute favorite, and I always ask his advice on products if I'm torn between two. I definitely recommend checking this location out. And if they can't help you, they have wonderful recommendations for local (and very affordable) shops!

Very nice associate changed my battery for me! A great experience, although not expected just now! He made it very easy.

Ordered my part on line, waited about 45 minutes. Pick up was quick and Painless. I was in and out in 45 seconds!!
