Klark went out of his way to provide excellent customer service.! I came in looking for a promotion that was offered online and although he didn't see it on my account, he didn't stop there. He did some research after I left and called me back to let me know he made it happen - I couldn't believe it! By far, the best experience I've had at a Verizon store!

Jessie H is a great at customer service. However, the store needs more than one person working at the store. I had an appt. But people kept walking in. It was very stressful as a customer of Verizon.

Jesse was awesome. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he took his time to make sure I understood everything I was signing up for. Everyone was so polite. 10/10 experience!

The young lady was knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. It was my first visit to the Hillsborough store, but I will go back.

The customer service was great, the young lady was helpful, and I was out in approximately 15 minutes!

First the negative: short staffed. That means slow. We spent a little under two hours here on a Friday from about 11:30-1:25.

That said, the two guys working (Klark and Jason) were engaged the entire time we were there with customers and did not let it get under their skin when other customers were directing their frustrations at them. Klark tried a few different things to resolve the issue with my phone and I know if this fix doesn’t continue to work, that I should then go to the Apple Store.

Had some bad stuff happen to my phone and needed a new one. Went in, I was grumpy and kinda pissy but the people there were so nice and I ended up leaving with a new plan, new phone, and am now paying less per month. Such a step up from the corporate locations.

Upgraded 3 phones at one time. Time consuming of course but I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered

Abigail was patient and knowledgeable about the plans and services that would best fit me. She was polite and made certain that I was satisfied before I left the store. Great customer service 👏

The two employees worked with clients for over an hour. There were people waiting in line to be helped. They just needed more employees. I was pleased with the service I received.

I came in to look into upgrading phones, and Hannah not only made the process quick and seamless, but she also explained the entire process with great, easily understandable detail. We ended up having to order my new phone, but it came in in 2 days, and both my first visit and the day I picked the phone up were straight forward with no hassles. She's fantastic.

Our experience at the Verizon store was super great only because of Felipe. Rarely do you find a sales/service person like him. He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, cordial, helpful, friendly, and an all around NICE guy. He was respectful of us as senior citizens and willing to help us any way he could. It was time for the store to close but he stayed with us to complete our purchase, program our new phones and apply the screen protectors. We apologized for keeping him so late but Felipe responded that he was happy to do so and said he would stay until we exhausted all our questions and were satisfied with our service. He gave us a phone number to call in case we had more questions or problems getting our new phones set up the way we wanted. Thank you Felipe.

Hannah was awesome. she was very kind and knowledgeable didn't push to hard to up sale. I got two new phones and really enjoyed the time there much better than ever at best buy!!!

My phone was stolen and they were able to help me in every way I needed. Will definitely be a regular at their store.

Went to have my mother-in-law's phone repaired. Ended up purchasing three new phones because of the promotions being offered by Verizon and explained by Hannah.

Walked in, and received top notch service from Christian. He was professional and patient with me. Went out of his way to advise me, a slow learner! if all customer service people could be as helpful as Christian, the world would be a better place!

Christian at the Hillsborough store provides the most amazing service I’ve ever seen! He is a genuine person who is smart and gets the job done. I’ll stay another 20 years with Verizon as a “thank you” for this inspired experience in an otherwise too busy world. Amen!

My phone died suddenly throwing me into high anxiety! I jumped on line and made an appointment at the Hillsborough NC store. In the hour that I was there I received excellent, professional, thoughtful service and happily left the store with an affordable plan and phone. All my options were clearly laid out and all my questions thoroughly answered. Can't recommend highly enough!

Abigail was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to work with.
