Excellent business. I encountered a super helpful associate, Nathaniel, who took time to help me with a small part issue. Additionally the associate was charming with excellent customer service skills. This is a place that clearly goes above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend.
Update: I like to post my own review then look at other reviews. I'm not surprised that customer service is consistently excellent at this Auto Zone. Great team work. Kudos!

I regularly go here for wipers, wiper fluid, replacement batteries, etc and they are so consistently friendly and helpful. In a world where most interactions are rushed and unsatisfying, the staff here are refreshingly patient and helpful.

While leaving work Wednesday, the night before Thanksgiving, I heard a loud noise and something dragging under my car. I drove to Auto Zone and Chris, the store manager, so was so extremely helpful. He crawled under my car and removed the issue, and gave me instructions on what I needed to do to fix it and assured me I would be safe driving on a trip this weekend. He went above and beyond on what could have been a devastating issue for me right before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Would highly recommend this Auto Zone!

I was headed to Alabama during Christmas eve and broke down and the manager Chris helped me out in getting me up and running they had all the parts I needed to fix my breaks on my truck and it was a big deal because I was able to see my family and spend time with them for Christmas. The manager who was new was a rock star.

I was on my way home and 60 miles away when my check engine light came on. What’s more is the next day I needed to drive 200 miles for work. I looked up the closest AutoZone and showed up less than an hour before the store closed. Delmar was so kind and helpful, diagnosed the problem, helped me fix it, and sent me on my way in about 20 minutes. Got home and made it to work without further incident. I’m so glad this was the closest AutoZone and that he was working! Thank you!

The new manger is awesome! Funny, and polite. He helped me with my car when he didn’t have to. I usually get good customer service whenever I go, mostly everyone is helpful and go beyond their requirements

Chris, the store manager, attended me and changed my battery. He made sure to change it in a short amount of time and go above and beyond to change a few other things that had gone bad. Chris is great at his job and a very kind man.

These guys were great. My car battery died. I went to those guys, and they set me up with a new battery, installed it, and best of all, didn't try and up-sell me on some warranty stuff. I was out of there in about 20 minutes. Real nice and professional.

Needed to rent tool to remove my alternator that went bad. It has been a crazy few days without my vehicle so it's already been stressful. BJ at this location was awesome. He was so helpful and hilarious and the guy working with him was great too but I didn't catch his name. We'll continue to use this location as usual. Thanks to BJ for the positive vibes!

Listen!! Mr. Chris and BJ literally saved me tonight! My car wouldn't go into gear and I knew what was wrong but needed the part and help getting it on right. It was almost closing time but they both stopped to help me!!! BJ was the sweetest over the phone and in person making sure I had the right piece. BJ helped me get the piece in place and Mr. Chris helped both of us getting the piece on... I owe them at least lunch and they need a bonus or something special for them. Thank you again both of you!!!! HR please look out for them, they are making the company look beautiful!!!!

Delmar was very kind and knowledgeable about my car and what it needs. He was helpful and fixed the issues in a flash. I would definitely recommend and revisit this store for all my car care needs. Thank you.

I had the most wonderful customer experience at this store. Kevin quickly helped me find my key fab battery type, and then asked if I had them with me. He changed the batteries in about one minute, which would have taken me a long time to figure out (first time needing to do this). Thanks for your knowledge and kindness.

Driving through town on vacation in 100 degree heat with our kids and dog and our car started shaking. We drove straight to this Autozone. BJ and Cody scanned the computer and identified the problem as a bad spark plug. We had no idea how to replace and nowhere to go being out of town. Cody and BJ replaced it for us in 100 degree heat and the staff welcomed our kids and dog in to get cool in the store. They did not have to do that at all but we were able to keep going and make our vacation happen thanks to them. So grateful!!

Great experience at the store in Hillsborough, NC. Monte R. was extremely helpful and pleasant without me asking for help. He gave honest opinions and guided me to the best products, he even carried everything out to the car for me! He was polite, courteous and thoughtful, please give this man a raise! I will come back to this store for all of my car care needs.

This is the best Auto Zone on the planet! I was driving through NC this past weekend, had car trouble and ended up in their parking lot. Pat and his staff went above and beyond to help me. These folks are knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

I have always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I went in for a new battery today. Kevin tested the old one, found the right new one, and had it installed in about five minutes. If only everything could be this easy!
