I am a public school teacher in Brooklyn. In our school, students learn the Korean language and culture under the foreign language curriculum.

I took my students on a field trip to H-Mart to practice Korean and experience the culture. The manager and staff here welcomed our visit and even provided goodie bags for the students!

We are truly grateful for your interest and support in our school and community! Your thoughtfulness and generosity have touched our hearts.We can't wait to visit H-Mart again!!

Great place to shop. They have everything Korean you can Imagine. My go to Korean grocery.

The sale price of Korean products or fruits and vegetables is so good at the store. I can trust Korean products.

I’ve been seeing some reviews saying that prices are expensive here but I’ve been here a few times and compared to Skyfoods, the produce here are better and reasonably priced. It’s the just the meats that can be pricey. But sometimes they have deals.
I like shopping here for large grocery hauls because it’s less crowded, cleaner, and I can find most, if not everything, I need.
As with the cashiers, I’ve never had a rude one yet. I don’t care if they say hi to me or not, I have a toddler with me so the faster they are, the better haha

Always a pleasure coming here. They always have everything I need here compare to other Supermarket around. The place is extremely clean, even in the meat and seafood area. It's always a very fast checkout even if there's a line. I would say it's a little more expensive then other place but not by a wide margin, about 5 percent more. But when they have a product on sale they are extremely cheap, so look for on sale items and stock up on those. I've gotten spam here for $1 a can. I bought like 50 cans. Overall it's always a good experience coming here.

A nice supermarket that sells traditional Korean/Japanese and Chinese groceries, fresh produce and fresh meats/fish.

The store is small but very clean. There are some great deals if you watch the weekly sale ad. No ideas abt rude one but the cashiers were super nice, friendly and kind to me. Highly recommended!!!

I have the best experience so far !!! Very very neat & clean, wide variety of foods & goods collection. Items like coconut water, pomegranates, cooking oil & some other things are damn cheaper than other stores around . I love ❤ this store more than any other stores 🏬 of my area in Astoria. Highly recommended !!! 👍👍👍

H Mart is a very good supermarket with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. They have lots of meat and fish. They got snacks and lots of other stuff. The area is pretty clean, and the staff are nice.

20200718::they seriously take OCD to the next level. when someone takes one and leaves a gap, someone comes by and refills it. this isle always looks like this. my OCD IS HAPPY

Nice super market. Maybe a little bit hard to find a parking spot on weekend, weekdays are fine.

Apocalypse grocery shopping. A good experience at H-Mart (I probably should’ve take pix). They give out plastic gloves at the door, guy outside wiping down the carts, cashiers behind safety glass, all the workers w gloves and masks. Narrow aisles but everyone respected social distance.
I felt good/safe shopping there.

I remember when this used to be Key Food. I miss the people i worked with there. I wonder how's life treating them. I hope all are doing well.

That mart is very clean. All food for sale are very fresh items. its very impresive place for orientsl food mart not like as othets in Flushing , Queens. New York..

Cashiers are always pleasant. Large varieties of Korean groceries.

Great! Lots of food options, love the premade section, lots of side dishes to pick from, very clean.
