It was awesome! I was very impressed with the displays and wonderful selections, and I felt welcome by the staff. They're a very busy store, and I hope they never close their doors! I love physical books. Definitely highly recommend this store!!!

Beautiful set up, friendly staff and a great selection of books. A lot of buy 1 get one 50% off and 30% off some hardcover books. I'm so happy they have come back to the Upper Valley!

Great new store. It is nice to see the new updated layout. The store was very busy when we visited. Friendly and helpful employees. Good location with easy parking.

Amazing children’s section. Fun little Duplo play table. Will be back for the adult stuff.

NEEDS CAFE THOUGH, would make millions off of me alone.

The book store reminds me of an airplane bookstore. The amount of space limits the store and takes away from having cafe, but is good for a small town.

Excellent customer service experience! The new, smaller store layout,. combined with holiday crowds, made it difficult to locate items. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and that made for a positive experience.

Was in there over the weekend loved browsing around. Liked how it was set up and had a nice selection. but my only minor complaint would be nice if the store was big enough fir a cafe miss that with the other two stores….but was nice to see some chairs to at least sit down and enjoy the atmosphere

Crowded because it was the first week of opening, but basically a book-centric bookstore, which you'd think would be a given but isn't always the case. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is that it's packed - even if all the people were gone, it would feel overloaded. The Barnes and Noble I went to growing up was a relaxing, sprawling book space, with areas to read and quietly peruse. This B&N is set up more like a glitzy fashion boutique than a book store.

No cafe. No sale books. Weird set up. At least they had my daughter’s series. Did not want to pay full price for it though. Not spending $40 to save a measly 10% or spending $100 to save $5. You went out of business here once before, weird that you’re back

The selection of books is really awful
