Jason just happened to be the salesman I got when I walked into the store about a week ago to get general information about adjustable beds. He was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable....and very patient even though I asked LOTS of questions. My comfort level was such that I knew this was the right place to make the purchase.

I returned a few days later with my daughter (who was to be the recipient of the bed). Jason gave her the sleep test and patiently worked with her until she found the bed that felt right to her. Jason was sensitive to our budget and her needs in a bed. We left there with total confidence that we purchased the right adjustable bed for her.

Through the years, my bedding shopping was always a frustrating and overwhelming experience at other stores....and I usually had little confidence that I'd made the right choice. However, dealing with Jason at the Bedroom Store was totally different and we were able to make a decision that we knew was right for us. My daughter is looking forward to getting a good nights sleep for the first time in months. Thanks, Jason!!

After looking on the bedroomstore.com for s new waterbed mattress, I called The Bedroom Store closest to me to inquire if they carried the mattress in store that I found online. The gentleman, Ron, was so very helpful and said that they didn't carry it in store however he would be happy to call their warehouse and see it they had the Constellation 2 mattress. It was only about 10 minutes and Ron called me and said the warehouse had the mattress only there it is called a Tranquility 2 mattress. Ron was so good, he took my order and credit card over the phone, called the warehouse and told them to get it ready for my husband to pickup. Ron even called back to make sure we had the directions on how to get there and the phone number to call for curbside pickup.
My husband went out there, called and they brought it out and put it in his truck along with the conditioner and receipt. Very courteous people!! Ron is mailing me a copy of the receipt as well with the warranty.
I could not have asked for more kind assistance from Ron at the Bedroom Store and the person (s) at the warehouse!! They truly went the extra mile!!! THANK YOU!!

I originally bought a brand new bed in June of 2020....right when pandemic hit. I went to the Watson store (now closed) and bought a queen sized platform bed, headboard, footboard, mattress (paid $999.00) for mattress, also bought mattress protector (lifesaver), had it delivered, set up, the works. Unfortunately they were out of stock of slats so I got a metal frame instead.

Fast forward to the present: got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, lost alot of weight, ended up with back and neck problems. Figured would get a mattress topper, was sinking into mattress! So I went to lemay ferry store, bought slats, and they were delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately I didn't have all the pieces to my frame (was unaware). Randall & Joe were here nice, took photos of where missing pieces should be...they informed Sal at warehouse and the following work day when I called Sal, he told me they would be bringing out correct pieces for bed and install slats.

When I measured bed, measurements came out for a full sized bed. Sal said he would speak to his boss, Amanda. The delivery guys just left and I couldn't be happier! They installed correct pieces, brought up queen sized box spring. Apparently I measured incorrectly, measurements were off by just a little (my mistake). I asked if I could swap out mattress (new one firmer), and Randall said no problem! They brought it up in the rain and took old mattress and frame back! I wish I could have tipped them more! I can't thank everyone enough at the bedroom store to work with me like they did!

I highly recommend this company! They go above and beyond!

Ron was very helpful and made sure I got the bed frame that I wanted and in the timeframe I was looking for! He also recommended the delivery and setup of the frame for a small additional cost that us well worth it! Thank you Ron, for making this part of moving easier and less stressful!

My boyfriend and I were not quite sure what we were getting ourselves into when we started mattress shopping. We quickly realized that all the places near our house were either over-priced or subpar. We saw the reviews of this location and decided to check it out. We couldn't be happier that we did. On our first trip over, we were greeted by the manager Jason, who didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want. He took us directly to the mattress that we asked about and gave us honest answers to our questions. He respected our budget and showed us other options that were in our range. Additionally, he carried around pillows for us to use as we tried out each mattress. We decided to wait until payday to come back and sign the paperwork. When we returned we were helped by one of the lovely sleep consultants, Azira who was extremely kind and helpful even though we came in right after we got off work (which was about 30 minutes before their close time). Ultimately, our experience at this Bedroom Store location was great. We had excellent service, and we feel very confident in our purchase of mattress. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a mattress!

Jason was very helpful and helped me get the product I was looking for and stayed within my budget. Delivery set up was fast and easy. I never felt pressured by any salesman at the south county location. I would definitely recommend this store for any future bedding purchases.

Went out for a Serta I-comfort something. They had it there. They did show us other options too, including less expensive ones. I felt that the service was fairly straightforward, friendly, and easygoing. The price was as good as anywhere, slightly better actually. We also ended up with a good deal on a dresser for our little girl. We got delivery in exactly one week. They had sooner times available, but we wanted the Saturday delivery option. We like the bed very well and we are nothing less than pleased with everything.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Jason and Z (Azira) were both incredibly helpful and eager to make my experience a positive one. If you are like me, you are surprised to get good service like I did at the Bedroom Store in South County, as poor management and over-zealous salespeople can ruin your experience; not so at the Bedroom Store in South County, though!! Can't recommend this place enough.

I had an excellent experience at this store. My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress for several months, and after much homework and many stores, we were set on two brands. The sales person, Azira, was by far the most informative and educated associate that we have encountered. Her honesty was very much appreciated. We chose the Tempur-Adapt Mattress and the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillows. I will follow up with another review once the mattress arrives, but I just wanted at this point to give a review of our sales experience.

Had a great experience ordering on the phone. The chat person was very helpful and then I ordered a mattress in the phone. Ron was terrific and followed up on several details that resulted in savings. Very professional and customer focused. Thanks Ron!!

They were very helpful and curious. They did not pressure me at all to buy. Had exactly what I wanted at a VERY reasonable price! This is the second time I purchased a mattress from them and will return for any future needs.

The sales manager Ron that I dealt with was very knowledgeable of the furniture and different tempur-pedic mattresses that were available at the bedroom store in Mehlville. He was friendly and answered all of my questions very professionally and I never felt pressured into buying anything. The bedroom furniture and mattress that I purchased were very affordable and it included free delivery and setup. This is not the first time I purchased from this store and I will return when I have future needs.

Ron Sharpe was very helpful and professional in the warranty return and process in the selection of our new mattress. Jennifer at the warehouse was also very accommodating when we corresponded regarding our old mattress and the warranty process.

I would highly recommend the Bedroom store! This is our second purchase from them, and since mattress purchases are such a huge deal, their purchase policies make you feel better about making the commitment. I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress, also because they go above and beyond every time to make sure we are completely satisfied. Do not shop anywhere else for a mattress!

Very pleasant experience. Went into store desperate for mattress and with ideas in mind. Salesperson (Josh) steered me toward a better mattress that would be cheaper than the one I was planning to purchase. He related my needs to what was available and I was able to leave store with only what I NEEDED to purchase instead of extra unnecessary materials. Whole experience was quick, but not rushed/pressured.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The manager, Jason, was friendly and helpful all the way through my purchase.
