I'm not sure what all the complaining is about. I like shopping here and at the North Ridgeville location. The associates are always friendly when I visit. Walgreens has a variety of products that you might need, without the long lines of a grocery store. You definitely need to be a rewards member to take advantage of all the sales.

I go to the Westlake location for medication since it is right by my doctor’s office. Anytime I need help, they are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. Everyone is so friendly and there has never been a bad mood there. They are such a great staff that I will not go anywhere else! Keep being amazing Pharmacy staff. You make getting meds so much easier and a better process!!

The staff is very nice and super helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I found everything I needed here. Pharmacy staff is wonderful as well!

Okay, first let me start off by saying most of the staff is nice. However, I called this walgreens and asked if they had enchalida sauce. I was in the process of making dinner and ran out. This walgreens is about a 1 minute WALK from my house. She put me on hold for about 30 seconds and then told me they do not have it. I asked myself, Did she really go look that quickly? So what do I do? I go there anyway, because if they did have it, it would have been way easier than driving 7 minutes to a drug mart. I walked in there and found it RIGHT AWAY. I went to checkout, and she saw what I had, knowing she told me they do not have it. I didnt say anything. She then proceeds to tell me that the sauce is "new". Like, yeah right. -.- I just walked out, not saying anything because I didnt want to be rude, but it is obvious she didnt take the time to check if the company she worked for carried a product a customer was asking about, meaning the customer service needs to be looked at by the Manager and/or even owner.

Waited almost 3 hours to fill common prescription. When I called to check I was told it would be ready in a half hour never received the completed ready to pick up text. Called again said still working on it maybe 25minutes . I said I've been waiting for 3 hours then the person did finally take care of it. Suto system is a joke keeps asking you to repeat. Maybe you need to speak Spanish. Best togo elsewhere.

I am forced to use this pharmacy because of my health insurance, otherwise I would not.Too busy for any personal attention. To disorganized to be efficient.

Made an appointment with you to get my covid shots waited for an hour because you decided to call multiple people ahead of me that were there after I was. I’ll come back for my 2nd shot but I’ll never use your store again otherwise. What’s the point of making an appointment if your doing to make me wait over an hour and call people ahead of me?
