This store is Neat and clean store.the store has a fresh coffee fresh Hot food and very organized well stocked store.very great and fast customer Service. All Employees are very professional.

Mostly go there for snacks and workers are very polite 😁

I lost my phone in this store, their employees found it and returned to me. Very honest people!

Very disappointing. No fresh coffee. 1 person working behind counter that was it.

I went into the store to purchase a sandwich. Only one register was working. I paid with my corporate business card. I asked for the receipt and the cashier started giving me an attitude because the receipt printer was not working for the only register that was used to ring me up. I attempted to be courteous and explain to her that I need my receipt since it's a corporate business card for my record or else I will get in trouble. She was very rude, discriminatory and showing an attitude. Maybe she didn't like my skin color and was unwilling to help. I even asked for the sale to be refunded since I was still in the store and did not leave the store yet. She would not even do a refund for the transaction. I left the store and left the sandwich that I bought on the counter and took a picture that I left the sandwich on the counter. I will be also doing a charge-back with American Express for this transaction. I will also file a formal complaint to the Consumer Affairs department along with share my review and story with others on various review sites. This is unacceptable for an associate to treat a customer like this at this day and age. UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD.

Horrible customer service! The one that works in the morning she practically is their everyday I has a terrible attitude you can say good morning have a nice day and she won't even have the courtesy to say anything and you can say it as loud as you can and she still doesn't say anything the boss neither is a good person sad to be living in the village and having these people run this place especially the amount of taxes that we pay around here I rather go to the one in Central Islip that's farther down that has better customer service!

Waited online 20 minutes (I didnt not to dump a soda. Its wasteful. So I waited).
She did not put in my "card" in & charged me a ridiculous amount. She said "can't fix it now" before she even rang it. REALLY. I've made my last purchase there. Be nice to people who wait in line for 20 minutes

Husband ran in for matches, while I was looking for my wallet to get a soda. The guy asked if my husband was going to buy anything. My husband said "not at the moment."
The man said for him to never return to the store.

Been here dozens of times and never had a problem it was really busy and the guy had his airpods in and I had to repeat myself multiple times so I held up the line and felt bad then he forgot my pizza and also refused to give me a bun for the buffalo roller which I normally eat like a hot dog and I've gotten the rollers here on buns many times before hes the only one that's told me no I was very annoyed when I left and he didnt even give me a receipt of anything edit: just got home and found out the reason he wouldnt give me buns was because he gave me the wrong thing completely

This store need to be closed.. coffee very old .. employees don’t care about the customer at all .. just NO English…
