I have been shopping at this Walgreens for many years. I’ve always found the staff and pharmacy to be kind and helpful Today a sweet lady helped me in the pharmacy named Mayia.

That being said, there IS a very unpleasant lady Who closes the store early for no reason and is rude when you ask her about it. So those reviews are true. And it’s very unfortunate. Everyone else is nice. I would hate to be someone picking up medication for a sick child…Only to find the store closed early for no reason. Call before you drive over.

The guy at the window on 01/19 at 8 PM was soooo sweet! I think his name was rusty! I usually have a bad experience here, and the girls at the window give attitude. But this time was different! The line was moving extremely fast, and he had overall great customer service. I came to the wrong pharmacy but he said no worries and filled my sons prescription. Y’all need to post his schedule on the window cause those are the only times I’m visiting! He made my experience here great!

Let me address a couple of issues, I know the most of the staff both in the front and back. I did work here for a couple of years. But before that was a long time customer. In fact it was this store I decided to work at all because of the staff. Phone not being answered? Hmm sorry it is picked up after a couple of rings by the front. Back staff in the pharmacy being rude? Please once again not from what I remember about them. Thomas being mean, come on, if is the same Thomas I know PLEASE!! He goes out his way to help a person.
People hanging out outside, yes this is true however once the staff knows they to go out and ask them to leave. But I have seen people hanging outside other places not just Walgreen's. I now live out of state we do not have a Walgreen's where I am at.

nice customer service, the young lady tried to help us when our credit card didn't work, she was so sweet and apologized to us, which made me feel better, loved her attitude, it's far from my home but I don't mind the extra miles to get treated like family!!! well done Walgreens, hire more people like the young black girl😄😄😁😃😃

Friendly staff, sometimes they have tons of customers and only 1 person to help everyone but that person is always nice. Customer service is great. All the unsavory comments about not being acknowledged but they don't care that sometimes there's not enough people for the high demand of customers. Never seen any staff just standing around. And they're 24/7!

I love the crew at Store #2980 (4747 Sherwood Forest Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, 70816). Between Briana, Jessica, and Tiffany in the pharmacy AND NOW Misty who made sure my photos were printed
This is a GREAT store.

My pharmacy, staff doing the best they could, there is a guy over there unfortunately I forgot his name, he was great, once I remember it will definitely edit this, customers need to take it easy on the staff, they really doing the best

Nydia helped me save a lot of money on my son’s prescriptions that I really couldn’t afford. I really appreciate her for helping me because she didn’t have to. Thanks Nydia

Twice now they have gone out of their way to find a local walgreens pharmacy that can fill my (very difficult to find) prescription. They've saved me hours of driving around the city.

Staff is always helpful and friendly when I go in every month.
