One of the friendliest cashiers I've encountered works here. Helpful in assertive ways - even helped me find the product I was really looking for instead of the one I was subbing. Ignore all the way old bad reviews and give them a try.

The sales associates at CVS for extremely helpful and educating me about a large variety of hair products. There were so many wonderful hair products to choose from, that I almost couldn’t find what I wanted because I had so many choices. However when I detailed the issues I was having with my hair, the associate immediately helped me Vet the products side-by-side and choose what was best for the condition I was seeking to solve. They were educated friendly and certainly not just after every penny that was in my pocket. They wanted my hair to be fixed just like I did!

I stopped by here last Thursday to fill up a prescription in the drive-thru, but unfortunately they were understaffed and needed me to come in to drop off the prescription papers. I couldn’t physically come in and I told that that to the gentleman trying to help me. He kindly explained that they are short staffed and only had one person who could fill the prescription, so it would be easier if I came in. Since I couldn’t walk in and the wait was over an hour, I decided to go elsewhere.

I’m giving CVS a 5-star rating due to the kindness of the gentleman. He was patient and kind while I asked him a few questions. Not once did he make me feel like a burden.

I wish I knew the Pharmacists name. He and the only other lady there last night (Oct 29, 2018) was very helpful. The other CVS store closer to my home didn't have all the prescription I needed and called and sent me to this one. Very nice and professional and fast and even got me a discount without me even asking. The pharmacist was from India and was the best! If I find his name I'll update this post. Great customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you again CVS redwood road!

The pharmacist Judy is the best thing this store could honestly have done. She is always so friendly, and has the best attitude. She makes picking up my prescriptions a highlight of my day, instead of an errand. Thank you!
