Great place with friendly faces to buy video games and video game consoles. Very knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff. Never had one bad experience here. Very clean and store. I do recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. I like what they've done to the right side wall when you walk into the store.

Had an issue with my switch lite and came in to give to see my options. A team member took their time to make sure my game was backed up and helped me replace the device. Staff even helping me out by giving me the help number for Nintendo so I can contact them to get my animal crossing island from the cloud. They were so very nice and helpful, especially when I was stressing out about everything not working properly.

Josh was very helpful in asking if we needed anything and answering any questions we had. He was very patient with my 3yr old and helped him understand the different game levels and what levels he could play.

This is a great store with everything from video games to collectibles. What I always appreciate about GameStop is how helpful the employees are. Not only do they know lots about the products on their shelves but they also know what is coming and can recommend great options for you. I have been to many gamestops and this is just far my favorite and worth the drive out to Jefferson.

They are very nice, clean, patient, helpful, courteous, well spoken, very good listening & explaining, welcoming & knowledgable people that will think of (if possible) other alternatives if all fails :)

I know GameStop as corporation don't have the reputation but I can stand by the service in this store. I'm always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Everyone is great conversationalist and easy to talk to. My go to spot.

This location is one of the few I've been to that has all of its stuff together. Knowledgeable employees who help you out without being extremely pushy unlike some of the other ones. All around solid experience at this location.

Service is totally awesome and friendly. I'm from Indiana, and the service and knowledge of this store is amazing. Of course they will try the upsale, as in any business. But they are so non-chalant about it. Super thumbs up to their team.

I had to return a head set because the mic broke.
Thank goodness I purchased the warranty and kept the box!
It was amazingly hassle free!

Amazing service and merchandise. Always has most of the merchandise in stock. Workers are always polite and more than happy to help with any question or concern.

The staff here is typically very knowledgeable and can usually help with purchasing decisions. Overall, the Game Stop chain offers frequent deals and discount, so it's worthwhile to check in often if you're a bargain hunter.

Great employees always friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra step to help you any way they can.

The staff there were soooo helpful, and we went in at 8:50 thinking they close for 10, and even though they close at 9, the staff didnt kick us out.

Most places close to early or are not helpful. And they were the opposite of both.

I really like this store, Idk if the customer service is as good at all of them, but the one on Jefferson Hwy. @ Elmwood is great..I purchased a PS4, a headset and a couple of games. Well after about 6 months I had a problem with the PS4 CONSOLE..It literally would not turn on or anything, so I called the store. The sales associate asked me to bring it into the store, so they could evaluate the issue, so I did. After a few minutes of testing with whatever software they use he said, would it be OK if I just give you a BRAND NEW ONE..I said that would be GREAT..Think about it..The PS4 was now out of warranty and even though I didn't purchase an extended warranty, they still gave me a NEW PS4 CONSOLE...THAT'S WHAT I CALL EARNING CUSTOMER BUSINESS..I will always buy my gaming equipment from them..No online shopping for me from anywhere other than GAMESTOP..!!!

I honestly don’t know why people hate GameStop so much. As i’m not an online person I still go to physical retail locations to get my Xbox games. Great Service at this GameStop, very well arranged store, very friendly customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. 5/5 Stars

Love everything technology, I would totally work there if I could. Everything is nice and organized, it smells nice, and the employees are right there to assist you in making the right choice.

Cool selection and very helpful staff. They answered all the questions I hit them with and was nice all around!
