An unassuming downtown gem. The selection is great - not too big, not too small. Lots of variety, so much quality. Angline has introduced me to some epic beers. I'm hooked.

This Wine store is absolutely the best in the area, Glenn is super knowledgeable about wine, beer & Liquor. He is very personable and he will work within your budget. Definitely make this store your “go to” for all things related to alcohol.

Wonderful customer service. Every time I’ve come to this store , I’ve been greeted with such kindness and respect! They always go the extra mile to help. One time it was raining and they even held my umbrella over my head as I gathered my things 😊 consistently treated exceptionally well here !

Absolutely fantastic shop, management and staff ! I was visiting from Greece recently for a friend's wedding, and I stopped at the store for a couple wines for the after party with the girls. Ron and Aglin's recommendations
were perfect, their description of the wines were on point, a very friendly and positive energy that made our experience in Maplewood even better! I loved the fact that Aglin grew up in Athens and I was able to speak my mother tongue with him! I will definitely try to come back on my next visit. The store is beautiful, the people knowledgeable and with a great taste in music as well! (Jimi Hendrix on the background!!!)

These guys are the best. I call once a month and they help me put together an order over the phone, then deliver it within the hour. The wine is interesting, delicious, and reasonably priced and I always discover a few new gems along the way. Such a great local spot!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at the Village Wine Shop! Agrin (I hope that I spelled it correctly) and Ron are so incredibly kind and make superb recommendations. On the first visit, they recommended a wonderful Malbec and on the second, I Agrin carried the wine I bought and pizza I had ordered from next door all the way to my car while I carried my three-year old who refused to walk. The experience I've had there makes me only want to go to the Village Wine Shop from now on. I don't think I've ever had such an great customer service experience.

I looked up on google for the best vine shops around the world and this vine store was ranked as number 1. I have no doubt about that because the reason why this store is obviously considered to be one of the top ones is for the positive energy and excellent customer service that the staff members of the vine shop intensively deliver to every person that they serve . Ron and Aglin managed to create warmth and comforting atmosphere for customers of any kind to feel like they are being welcomed with no exceptions and appreciated for not the product and a bottle that you buy but Ron and Aglin show you first of all their tru and honest compassion for who you are and that everybody is important. They are patient and they do take a fare amount of time to walk you through the vine selection by showing special interest in you because they want to be sure that you will get precisely what you came looking for and in the process of fulfilling your request they will unquestionably introduce you to something else that you had never had before and that will leave you with the reason to comeback again and again. With their politeness, kindness, mutual respect and great acknowledgement of all the liquor brands that they hold on in stock you can not doubt this guys because everything is just being done in the professional matter as if you are the family member to this Guys. They are open minded and awesome team crew and they do know how to achieve the common goal and help whoever walks in through the doors of village vine shop. Thank you Ron & Agling, their is no reason for me to come back if I’m not helped by you.

Very friendly owners/staff. They carry a beer I love that's hard to find (Ballast Point Sculpin IPA), so that's great. They even told me I could bring my dog with me into the store!

Love this spot. Sid and staff are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of craft beers, and small batch bourbon.
