I would much rather shop here than to shop at Walmart. Great clean place. Friendly staff an great customer service.

I worked at almost every Food Lion from Kannapolis to China Grove, to Concord in my early to mid 20's. This happens to be the one store i never worked for. Oddly enough its my favorite Go To Store now. Employees and Managers are always willing to go the extra mile... They all greet you upon arrival, help you with any issues while shopping, and I have even had an older man insist on pushing groceries out and loading them into My trunk. (He even tried to refuse my tip, until I insisted) DEFINITELY A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.

Produce and meat depth was full, looked very good. Most of shelves in grocery were good except pasta and some of the soups had empty spot. Lines were short, able to get through quickly.

Well stocked ! Nice employees.

Best Fresh Produce Aside for on3s local RoadSide Stand

Food Lion in a staple in this area. I'd rather spend my money here than at the Walmart any day. Staff is always friendly and happy to help you find anything your looking for. Hell they even open up a closed register just so you don't have to wait for long periods of time to check out... Best part, not a robot in the joint. No self check out, no WALL-E mopping all the time.. I'm in this store at least 5 times a week for quick shopping and the best quality produce around .

We had a grocery pick up order to go this morning. This was my first time doing a pick up. My order was not ready as it was early and there were many orders. Hannah was the associate who served us. She patiently and respectfully explained that our order had not been selected yet but that she would work on it and have it ready in about 30 mins. Hannah single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. I was contemplating driving off a bridge without my groceries but her sincere kindness and understanding brought me back from the edge of despair. Hannah is amazing. I hope she wins the lottery and finds true love. She deserves a raise and a medal. She should be put in charge of Earth. We love you so much Hannah!

This is my favorite Food Lion, because of the people that work there.

Great customer service nice and clean

Food Lion is the first chain grocery that opened in our area. I would drive about 45 minutes to shop there. The prices are very comparable, and the stores are usually clean with well stocked shelves. I like the meat department service.
Now we have lots of stores conveniently located. They don’t always have the specialty items I sometimes need, but they stock the basics and staples most people want with good sales.

Nice atmosphere and non confusing store layout.
The customer service here is great. Associates are more than happy to show you around the store and they do it with a smile. I think I will start frequenting this Food Lion more often.

This store has a nice staff. The issue I had was the mask mandate there was a lot of people and a bunch of customers won't wear masks. So I actually decided that day to drive to the other food lion and didn't even go In this one

Very good place to shop.

Most of the time the isles are not cluttered and the store is always clean.

The meat people will do whatever you want in cutting meat and packaging the meat.

The people that I have come in contact with are very courteous and well mannered.

If you ask for help finding something the people will make sure you find it by taking you to it.

I have nothing to say that is bad about the store, a very good place to shop.

I love shopping at this location. It's always fully stocked and I never have to stand in line for a long time like the other Food Lions bear me.

Clean and neat. The gentleman that rang up my groceries was very pleasant and helpful. Even helped put my groceries up on the belt and helped separate my cold items, paper products, produce, etc. while loading onto the belt. The young lady packing the items was very respectful and helpful especially since I bring my own bags and like my things separated a certain way. Not even one eye roll, lol Great morning shopping. When everyone is kind and respectful it takes the sting out of the $$$ part of the checkout process. Thanks Food Lion!! Oh and produce was much less than Walmart. I buy rather large amounts of certain produce because of some of our farm animals and a 20cent a pound difference adds up quick. Thanks again Food Lion.

Always helpful and nice. The employees are polite and smile, as if they enjoy the interactions with the customer.

I was at this location tonight with a huge load of groceries...it was pouring down rain so l asked them to watch my cart while l pulled to the door! When l pulled up one of the checkers had my groceries out there and loaded them all into my car! I always liked this store bc it’s clean and well stocked, but after tonight, l have one more reason to make them my go to Food Lion! You all rock!

Very Convenient location, always have what I'm looking for, store appearance is always clean, the staff are very nice and helpful and there is this one employee that usually helps me when I'm there, very nice young lady, she always greets me with a smile when I come in, named Shaniya. This Food Lion comes highly recommended!!!!
