I had a lot of issues switching my business phones over from Sprint to Tmobile during the merger and many things have frustrated me but I will say today I really appreciated Kenny at the store going above and beyond.

I walked in with a phone that was older thinking I needed to replace it and we were set on it but Kenny then noted it was a Sim Card issue and he replaced it and it worked perfect!

I didn't know and he could have easily sold a new device and stayed quiet but instead he told us and suggested trying that first. If management reads this they'll be upset that he didn't try to sell something but Kenny will know he did the right thing and I'm appreciative for that and will go back to him when I have issues. Thank you Kenny

Went in to see what our upgrade options were and the two guys working were great! Kenny was super helpful and both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Thanks again!

I went in because I had a Galaxy watch that I had just received. I was concerned about the charges. Kendrick answered all my questions and assured me it was all good. He then asked if I would like him to set the watch up. I decided to allow that because they can zoom thru set up's. He was very kind and patient. The only bad part is that they moved to a location farther away from me.

The customer service was great and they was very helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff. I bought the gateway home internet and I give that one star becuase it didn’t work for us. If you have lots of devices like 34 on the network this won’t work that great. The bars showed 4 bars and the speeds ranged from 0 to 260mps. For whatever reason it dropped three times in 24 hours and we would lose access but the gateway showed it was working fine. I know people that have it and it works great for them becuase they don’t have smart home stuff or security system on the internet.

I decided to get my family (5 of us) new phones since they were offering the 13’s for sprint customers who migrate to T-mobile.
I went in on a Saturday morning and was helped almost immediately. Austin knew the answers to my questions practically before I asked them. He was professional and completely knowledgeable, I felt secure when I left that I was getting the best deal and did the right thing staying with Sprint/T-mobile. Cody and the whole staff really impressed me that day, the customer service and knowledge of their product is top notch!!!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PHONE STORE!!!! Shelby, Kenny, Camryn(might have spelt it wrong, sorry) and Gabe provided the best customer service, 100% professional, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed in the store. I have been to multiple t-mobile stores, because of these awesome individuals this will be the only store I will go to from here on out. Thank you to these amazing people for taking the time to help in a timely process and make our experience that much better.

Not sure that all reviews are being reflected here. Earlier I wrote a very positive review commenting on the store manager - Cody - and two employees - Logan in particular. My wife and I had a very positive experience. We've been T-Mobile customers for years, have also been customers of other service providers, and felt this store was exceptional. I came back today to enter a review of service we received regarding a problem we were have with Google charging us for App upgrades when we didn't agree to the charges (not a T-Mobile issue as it turned out). Kenny assisted us and in my opinion could not have done a better job. I continue to be satisfied with the customer service provided at this location.

Kenneth was excellent representation of T-Mobile. It’s T-Mobile’s treatment of Sprint treatment of sprint Legacy Customers that is not FAIR!! T-Mobile gives their customers free perks or discounts like Netflix etc but we don’t get! What double standards! Took away most of our perks we used to have like no $35 activation fee on new phones if you belonged to a credit union, IPhone forever! We paid on to replace our phones without a contract! Now we got not much at all!! We are also limited to a credit limit which I never had before and I have 8 phones on my account and what a hassle I’ve had since T-Mobile has taken over and still screwed up and I’m just done. Member since 2001 doesn’t mean anything anymore more!

After switching from a Sprint store to Tmobile, they've really stepped up their service. Being in this current working environment where its hard to have workers, the workers they do have you can't teach the awesome personal customer service. Cody and his staff was great!

If you need any kind of help, go to the TMobile in lake st louis/ofallon location. There are two workers named Austin and Shelby who can find a way to make any phone problem disappear. They not only know their stuff, but they offer a great environment when speaking with them. I left with smiles and in a better mood than I entered the store. 12/10 experience with those two☺

I have never had such an easy experience working with a phone company as I did today with Daniel. For once I did not feel like I was walking into a car dealership, he did not try to sell me anything. He told me only the information pertaining to exactly what I requested. So helpful and concise. He had me out the door with a new line in under 20 minutes

Holly and Auston were great! We had a terrible experience with UPS losing our phones and no one at Sprint’s customer service could help us. These two made sure we were taken care of to the best of their abilities. There were some things way out of their control. But they did everything they could to help us!

Chris Ellison gave the best customer service I've ever had at a Sprint. When I walked in the store, he welcomed me. I told him i wanted a larger phone. He took it from there. He got he and my husband a larger phone and $400 in store credit. Awesome service!

The store was busy each time we were there but were acknowledged that someone would be with us as soon as possible. Chris, Matt and Chey all dealt with us as some point and were very helpful in making our change to Sprint from another carrier. Chey helped us at the end explaining how the transition worked and checking to make sure we received the best deal. Their Customer Service was fantastic even under pressure. This store is not the closest one but I will go back there for future assistance.

Timmy gave me a great deal today - he lowered my bill, gave me an upgrade and added a tablet, all for less than my normal bill. Awesome! He also put a case and new tempered glass screen cover on my iPhone and it looks perfect. Thank you!

I am a new TMobile customer since they purchased Sprint. This location always has shorter lines than the Hwy K store. Today there was no wait at 2:30pm! The associate was very friendly & helped us switch over a phone with a badly cracked screen to a refurbished iphone we brought in with us. Thanks for your help!

the customer service that I received at the Sprint store in Dardenne Prairie is by far the most Superior I've ever had. Eric has been with me since day one walking me through every nook and cranny of what I need to know for my cellular service and what my needs are best. The other guys here are also phenomenal and I won't ever go to a different location besides the one at Dardenne Prairie

We stopped by the Sprint store today and worked with Timmy, he helped us get two new phones that are much nicer than our old ones, and our overall bill is going to be much less than it was with T-mobile. We had a great experience!
