The staff was amazing. I lost my card while there. I didn't realize it until I was checking out. I couldn't get more cash until Monday. I gave them my information and they held my things. It really took so much stress and time off of me during Christmas. So Thank you for going the extra mile.

We get my daughter's homecoming dress here every year. The sweetest lady checked us out the other night. She was so helpful.

Their selection is HUGE. Basically anything you're looking for, can be found here. The clearance sections could use more organization, but they have great clothes for extremely reasonable prices all year long. It usually is not too bad of a wait to check out and the staff are usually always friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue with JC Penney.

This is a hidden treasure, this is a beautiful well stocked store, very neator organized. Wife was looking for curtains so we took a drive about three miles to showing center. We lived here about 12 years ago and totally forgot about this shopping center but we found it again and will be using it and other stores.

Staff offered help at least 3 times which was great. Really good sale prices and super friendly staff. Best priced back to school shopping plus my son's favorite brands. Great selection of slim, regular and husky fits which is hard to find. We will be back!

Ran in to get hubby pocket T shirt, found exactly what I was looking for and out with my wallet in tact. Clem friendly, Ladies clothing lines could be a bit more exciting! Great go to for some baby items!

Sandra did a fabulous job with our holiday family photos. She was kind and patient despite having a line out the door and missing some of her staff.

I love this store. It has such an organized layout, which makes it easy to locate desired items. Also, the sales associates have been more than helpful! It may be a bit smaller than the ones at a large mall, but I like it so much better!

Hands down the best place to get everything for the whole family and home too! Sephora, Salon, Portraits, Custom windows, Mattresses. Surprisingly quite clean and spacious.

Went to Penny's to buy some drapes. No salesperson in sight. A custodian noticed I was looking and went to get someone for me! That man deserves a medal for being an excellent employee! He went beyond his duties to help me. We need more people like him in this world.

This is a stand alone JCPenney, it's not in a mall. It's a bit smaller than what you'd find at a mall but, the service you receive is huge! I visit this location frequently and have always had a fantastic experience when interacting with the employees here. They have great sales regularly, I rarely leave empty handed. Great store and location.

The friendliest store in town! I went when they opened at 6:00 AM two days before Christmas and was happily greeted by every employee. They really seemed glad to be at work despite it being so early in the morning. Love shopping there.

The sales are amazing, can't wait to get more gorgeous clothes in a few days and Sephora has the best make up variety around. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I had the most wonderful people helping me. First at the jewelry counter, she went out of her way to be helpful and then at the checkout. She was very efficient and personable at the same time!!!

I just came from having family photos taken. The photographer was Cindy and she was amazing!!!!! She was patient, kind, energetic and engaging with my 3 little ones. I had such a good experience and it was on a Groupon!!! I hope management or someone sees this because she is a gem!

Went to look for vests for my groomsmen. They didn't have all the sizes we needed, but let us know which surrounding JC Penney stores did. They were very helpful.
