I have been going to this Walgreens for almost 20 years and still going there now. I get my prescriptions there, I shop there. I feel so comfortable there because all the employees are so friendly and I feel we are like a family. They are family oriented workers, very helpful with a smile. The Pharmacy Department, they give excellent service with a smile that brings comfort to customers. God Bless you all.

Jim, an older gentleman at the register was extremely nice and helpful. If the rest of the staff are like him then I could definitely highly recommend this store.

This location is THE BEST!

I just had a really good experience with the manager, and older woman with blond hair. Some people steal from the store. I got a box that had pieces missing from it.

She fixed it though she didn't have to. Despite tamper proof labels on the Abbot Labs Covd-19 tests, 3 appeared to be tampered with. Though I only bought one and Walgreen's fixed it.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Walgreens has always been my favorite Pharmacy and store ever since I was a child growing up in Indiana.

Clean an helpful staff

I like to go there on my lunch break and pick up whatever i need, but i have found nothing is ever priced correctly. It says a sale price or big yellow tag saying how its on sale, then at the register it rings up something much higher. 3 times in 10 days. you have to call a manager, re-ring everything, hold up the line for other people, just not a great experience.

The wait times at the pharmacy are becoming ridiculous. Idk if they are short staffed or what but I’ve never walked in and gotten my prescription no matter how many days later I show up, there is ALWAYS a wait. I had a prescription called in YESTERDAY at 2pm and here we are the next day and it still isn’t filled. I just don’t understand, and they just seem not to care about the wait. I’m switching over to CVS for sure, I’ve had more than enough of this poor service.

The ladies working in the pharmacy are terrible. On a number of occasions They’ve handled me unprofessionally while right in front of me treating others polite. Yesturday, In particular, I called and requested a refill on a script. The lady I spoke to said she would take care of me and meds. Would be ready by 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my script they had all sorts of excuses of why I couldn’t get my meds. And both ladies behind the counter acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. Had to drive all the way to Chicago to get my script from another Walgreens and I live in Downers Grove. Mind you, isn’t the first time. I’m Puerto Rican, btw

Employee manager or supervisor, older woman with blonde hair had a real bad attitude.
Not a problem I walked right out without buying anything and won’t be back.
It’s also an older Walgreens with a limited selection of products in comparison to the other more updated locations and nicer employees.
Can’t imagine why this location has so many bad reviews….

Literally nothing I look forward to each month less than coming to this locations pharmacy. Not only is the parking at this location awful, but only about half of the pharmacy tech staff is helpful or nice.

The line is always super backed up. Im just grateful it doesn't smell of human urine anymore, like it did for months tbis past year.

This location is within walking distance and i always think in the back of my head itll be more convenient but I have to start remembering its not worth the hassle and frustration

The blonde woman with the glasses needs a job where she does not come into contact with the public. She is rude, bossy, mean humiliating degrading and every other awful adjective in the dictionary. My husband and I both had run-ins with her on separate occasions. I'm going to another pharmacy after 30 years doing business at this one. Also, don't go there just to pick up a prescription. I had to wait 45 minutes while they gave shots and corrected people's paperwork. I was not allowed to sit down with my bad back and cane. They need TWO lines. one just for shots. That woman is a witch x 100.
