Nice clean store. Shelves were being stocked (on a Friday) so aisles were a little crowded, but we found everything that was on our list. Friendly employees, but they were short on bag people so the cashiers were doing double duty (we helped with that). Big parking lot so no trouble finding a place to park. Convenient in and out .

I had a business trip to that area. I needed to get a birthday cake for an employee who was with me. Nichole was my cashier and she said if I went back to the bakery they would write on it. They did and even made me a bag to carry the cake flat in. It made the cake so much better with her name on it. Thank you Nichole and thank you to the taller man in the bakery. Cutting that big bag to make it work should let you know who you are. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. Great customer service.

Jessica is always incredibly kind and extremely helpful! She has a super upbeat energy and is super patient whenever I need a hand. I know I’m going to have a great experience when she’s there!

Always helpful have been Sue on cashier and Dustin Ackley. Due to a wider variety of hot bars, I stopped frequenting Jewel about a year ago. But, since I attended yesterday's Trump rally, I will resume my visits. I've heard that Jewel received negative feedback from some customers, and I'm here to support you for allowing anyone—whether they are on the right or left—to peacefully display signs on the sidewalk close to Jewel. Gratitude to Jewel for allowing peaceful speech.

Great accommodating staff, decent sale prices, plus they offer delivery as well as a pick up and go option. Both those ways of getting your groceries has been a Godsend to me, since I'm experiencing back and knee problems and can no longer shop inside the store at this time.

This Jewel is great. I've been coming here for years and sometimes l find myself chatting with employees when I'm done shopping. Everyone is super awesome there!

At 2:15, the cashier at the 15 or less was so happy and sweet, she gave me some Christmas cheer, I am visiting from Colorado and surprised that customers don't give eye contact or make small conversation, mabey they are focused on their shopping lists

I've been shopping here for years. I love the quality of their meat and vegetables. Excellent customer service. Quite a few of their employees have worked there for years. Speaks volumes for management!

The staff at this location is superb. Shout out to Kimberly, Milo, and Adam (as well as other staff members' names that aren't coming to mind) for excellent customer service and making an average trip to the grocery store an above average shopping experience. Although I came across one employee in particular that really should not be in customer service. I believe her name was Dawn. My significant other and I were shopping at 5 am purchasing
5 dozen donuts to bring to a hospital for a staff appreciation event. We had set the donuts down at a register that wasnt being used at the express checkout while we went to grab a few more items. Once we returned tlo check out, she rudely prompted us to obtain a cart and go to a different checkout lane because we exceeded the "15" items (when counted it came to 22 items). The tone and attitude of this woman was very displeasing; not to mention the glare we recieved from this woman as we left the store after checking out in a different lane..if look s could kill...We are regular paying customers at this location and to feel belittled like that is something that a paying customer should never have to encounter. I have been in customer service for 15 years, so when I encounter an employee who clearly should NOT be in customer service or dealing with the public in general I make it a point to be known.

Clean store with a decent produce selection. The deli service is usually quick. There is a Chase bank located in the same lobby/lot. Located close to downtown DG just off of Main St.

Butcher was very helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Not sure what else to saysay, it's a grocery/drug store

They make really good guacamole at this store. The lines have seemed to move faster. Which was a reason I used to shop elsewhere. But I have seen improvements in waiting times.

Went for sale items there were well stocked, employees wearing masks was great to see. Will be back next week. Keep up the good job in difficult times
