I work 2 minutes from this location at the nursing home the Indian cashiers are so nice and friendly I love them to death as a frequent customer (3x times a week ). They even know my brother and ex-boyfriend 🤣 I wanted to leave this review thanking them for kindness as a customer for 2 years ! I don’t know their names but the man who is of Indian descent in the overnight shift is amazing and manages to always put smile on his face and ask me about my day and my family god bless that man ! ❤

Update : his name is Kumar he always has the Italian subs on stock and if they’re not in stock he goes in the back to grab me one🥺 😭he is the best ! I don’t go here that much anymore but he still remembers me and is always so kind !

I was very disappointed with my experience this morning. I've never been to this location before and won't be returning. I picked out a drink and went to the cashier. She scanned it, I swiped my card, and needed to hit "debit" before it would go any further. I tried to press it multiple times but the touch screen wasn't working. She told me to just put in the pin. I did but I knew that wasn't going to work as I hadn't selected whether it was debit or credit and for this specific card I have to. She said "oh well it's basically declining". What?? There is PLENTY of money on my card. It didn't decline. It didn't even get to that point that it would decline because debit/credit wasn't selected yet. She wasn't understanding that something was wrong with the touch screen and she started getting rude and acting like I didn't know what I was doing. Maybe if she "basically" knew how to work her register, we wouldn't have had an issue. 🙄 I ended up just saying forget it because I didn't want to hold the line up any longer. I went to the 7-Eleven on Rohlwing rd instead and used THE SAME CARD with no issues there. I should've just stuck with the Rohlwing rd location to begin with.

The clerk charged me extra for a Big Gulp drink that is normally free when applying my rewards points. And he insisted that the extra charge be paid in cash, not with my debit card. This has never happened previously, at any 7-Eleven store. I don't know if the clerk is simply incompetent or a scammer. 6/25/23 11:50

Be alert ‼: 06/18/2023 bad 7-11 locations.bad agent he is rude.he doesn’t know the payment methods that customers can use. What the f , management doing? Teach your employees , he lying or doesn’t know. He said no Applepay but I didn’t believe him I paid by it.

It never fails that when I go into this location early in the morning on the weekends that the cashier is talking on her phone. She continues to talk on the phone while waiting on customers. These aren’t business calls. Put the phone away and talk to your customers.

Kinda shady 7 eleven if you ask me... Neighbors in the area keep saying how this particular 7 eleven scams people by giving incorrect change.. I didn't believe, but it happened to me. I gave two $10 dollar bills ($20), cashier claimed I gave $15 ($10 and $5). Tried to argue with me..

The lady was very rude from the minute I walked in. Also, when I tried to redeem a lotto ticket she refused even though it wasn't expired. I have no problem redeeming it at a gas station.

!! WARNING !! ATM HAS A SKIMMER IN IT! WITHDRAWAL LIMIT IS 200. MY IDENTITY AND DEBIT CARD WERE STOLEN AND REMADE THE NEXT DAY AND CASH WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! DO NOT USE THIS ATM!
