Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh has great prices and high-quality produce. The tomatoes and bananas I bought were fresh and delicious. There are ample choices of dairy and groceries. There are all the brands of frozen foods and many are cheaper than other stores. The Amazon brand is substantially cheaper and comparable in quality. We do most of our shopping there. A big plus is the $10 coupon for a $75 purchase as a prime member and $5 for non-prime. There was an additional coupon for Amazon order pickup. Overall, it's a great grocery store for any shopper..

I went to Amazon Fresh in Westmont, IL. The lady at the door could see I was new to the store & offered help. She was genuinely super nice and super helpful. I feel terrible I don't remeber her name. Please thank her for me.
The paperbags are free if you grab them after scanning out. You can find super deals if you take your time. I was able to purchase peach jello for .64¢ but other flavors varied in price, some around 1.79 give or take.

This place is absolutely dynamite! So fresh and mouth watering deliciousness. I loved it!

I just had a great experience here at Amazon Fresh Westmont due to an a very professional worker by the name of Kristina who works in the meat & produce department!! Kristina went above & beyond the call of duty today to ensure my shopping experience was extraordinary! I had a question of location for a product & she taught me somethings about the store & although they didn’t have the product I was looking she helped so much that I’ll be returning because of her hospitality. Moving forward though I met a young lady by the name of Gloria who happens to be the store manager & she was speaking with someone when I walked up however, it was an employee & she valued me so much that she gave me alternatives to other products that I tried and absolutely loved!! The product is Health- A
All Ginger & Lemon which is a jar of deliciousness 😋!!

It is very clean, open space, things are so easy to find & thx to Kristina in produce & meats I learned that they have an ask Alexa machine that can also help you as a customer!! Finally, at the cash wrap I was met with more kindness, professionalism & a young lady by the name of Kayla who cashed me out & gave me other shopping tips!! This store has a whole team of professionals that care about the customer & are ready to take care of your shopping needs in excellence going above & beyond the call of duty to focus on the customer! Great prices. Personally, I love shopping there. The no checkout because cameras check what you get works perfectly. After dozens of trips, never an error. They have what I want. Personally, I prefer the smaller selection than most grocery stores so I don't have to wade through so many aisles I never had any interest in. The staff is very friendly.

The store is very clean and well maintained. I've never had a bad experience in here. All of the employees are kind and helpful

Amazon Fresh is an interesting shopping experience. Very little foot traffic. I really like being able to grab my stuff and just walk out with minimal human interaction, but that's just me. The few times I've needed help from the associates, they went above and beyond, to the point that I remembered their names! Aveer and Sam behind the meat counter, Alex and Emma in the prepared foods area, and Kira at checkout, were all super helpful, delightfully cheerful, and really put their best foot forward when making sure I was being helped to the utmost and representing the store as a whole. They deserve some sort of reward or recognition for their exemplary service. I will happily continue my patronage of westmont fresh as long as there's superstars like those employees making a difference in customer service in a world full of grocery stores.

New concept for tech savvy with Amazon Prime and walk out without standing in line ( paid in app)or just regular shopping is fine with check out.Stop for tasty pizza at hot bar counter.I love white sauce and spinach

This place was clean. Very clean. No garbage in carts like you find at Jewel Food Stores in Illinois. Plus, no lines to wait in and quality paper bags (no charge). No plastic. Other places still use cheap "plastic" bags of all things. Highly recommend.

Very nicely kept store comparing to other locations. Employees are polite and trying to help. Especially I need to share my appreciation for service I received from hot buffet lead Sherry. Besides her great personality I must mention her approach to me as a customer, and how she went the extra mile to provide me with what I need. Her attitude is great example for other Amazon Fresh locations!

Delivery drivers adhere to the blue line in my image. After the shopping center, there will be a road if you turn right onto S Cass Ave. Turning left will place you behind the shops. Docks are to the left, and the approach to the dock is straight. Simply turn left and exit the parking lot to leave. You can't continue straight to the exit since the gate leading to the other grocery store in the plaza is closed. Be careful! This delivery can be made quickly after hours of operation.

I love shopping at Amazon Fresh! It's clean, efficient, and there's not a lot of people. Most people that I see there are employees. I love that I can just go in and out - no need to fall in line at the cashier's. Not a lot of unique/specialty choices however. Most common brands are there.

Love the place so far. Sometimes they miss recognize items I took, but not so often and of course they always refund for the items after I modify the items list. Walk through gates are really nice and less stressful especially when you are in a hurry.

I love this place! It's a little pricey but worth it. Good quality fruit and vegetables. The convenience of getting my amazon packages there is a plus. My favorite...the pizza!!!!

I would like to shine the spotlight on 2 exceptional employees at the Westmont, IL store. TJ who was working at the customer service desk was a godsend. I was in the store and had finished my shopping, went to the cashier to pay and realized that I had left my wallet on the kitchen table. I spoke with TJ explaining the above. I told him that I lived about 10 minutes away and if it was possible to leave my groceries at the store as I would be back in about 20 minutes. I asked that they not put the items back on the shelves. TJ assured me that he would hold the groceries for me. Upon return, not only did he hold the groceries for me but had placed them behind the counter so as no one would bother them. I was impressed with the quality of service that he offered me and will forever remember his kindness! The second exceptional employee was Jackie who was greeting customers as they came into the store. She was the first face you saw upon entering the store with a big smile on her face and was very friendly. In this day and age, it's great to be able to find 2 exceptional employees that seem to enjoy not only their jobs but making sure that the customer feels appreciated. Kudos to both of these exceptional employees!!!!!!!
