Shaw's

Their rotisserie chicken was excellent, and nice of bagger to double bag too without asking . I don't usually shop here but nice store, fully stocked and decent prices!

This store has done a great job keeping the shelves stocked during this pandemic we just went through. The management are kind and helpful. The long established staff stock the shelves and they are helpful and friendly while they are doing their work. I wish they had Poland spring 5 gal jugs, but they have 3 gal jugs of some filtered water.

Another thing I love about Shaw's is they still have a full service butcher.

I shop at Shaws North Main Street often. When they have sales in their frozen food section prices are awesome. I can always find what I am looking for and again prices are reasonable.

Weekly sales and e- coupon can give you savings greater than cost

I went to get a cake to show how proud I am of my kids all starting a new job or business and there was a lot of writing and the girl the bakery in Fall River was awesome so polite and she an excellent job on this cake you have a great worker there thanks

We love this place, it has always been a good experience. Tonight though, we were trying to find the right meat for the main dish for NYE. The butcher (Al) came out to help customers among the meat and he not only helped us find the right fit, but offered to go cut the meat and trim the fat off so it would be perfect (and it was). He also found us when it was done and delivered it. Really, just amazing experience every time. They are relaxed, experienced, and kind.

I have recently used the drive up and go service 5 times and it has been great. Orders are accurate and they get on it quick. Also if you download the app you get great coupons and deals.

In and out quickly. Self checkout is the way to go.

Excellent place. They have been selling out of sale items quickly, but you can ask for a rain check, which they give no problems giving.

Great Produce Dept. This store is very clean!! Seafood is nice and fresh. And the people who work at the registers are very friendly. Produce guy noticed my wife and I looking for something and came right up and asked if we needed help finding anything. Friendly customer service!!!

This location always seems to have everything in stock, which is saying something especially with the distribution issues we face. Prices are comparable to Stop & Shop and the service is always kind. Honestly I find the presentation much nicer as well.

Shaw's has always been the better choice in supermarkets and the North end of Fall River is no different. The quality of food definitely beats out the competition. There is that saying that you get what you pay for, but if you use the Shaw's app, you can get even more! Shaw's is a clean, well stocked, and well organized store with very friendly employees.

Great deli and fish department with friendly helpful staff; fresh produce with great variety including organic; lots of ethnic foods and dairy products. Store is clean and everything is easy to find and there are many weekly specials on sale.

Always clean and employees always eager to help you. Got some real good deals on meats and veggies today .miss the one they had in the south end.

I absolutely love the produce section here. Not just the selection but the way they stock it satisfies the OCD in me with everything perfectly lined up and stacked (yes I know that is a silly reason ☺)

I'm a 64 year old conservative married male ( 42 years of wedded bliss) who has now lived in Fall River for the past 6 and a half years. My wife and I live in the northern part of the city near ther Shaws supermarket on North Main St. After moving here from a neighboring community we needed a place to grocery shop on regular basis. In the past we went to the large box stores where you never received the exact piece of meat or right amount of produce because you were forced to buy in bulk or basically you took what was out or got nothing. This was fine when I owned my own home but that ended in 2014 with me joining my wife on full disability after being hurt on the position i held. I prefixed my review of this so you would understand why 40 percent of the people out there buying products today are like myself over 60; have lost your steady income and home and now live in an apartment complex that has half the space your home had.
I have tried the big three in Fall River, Shaws ( S &S and MB ) I wasn't sure if i could write thier names. This Shaws on North Main St. is worth a half hour drive. Plenty of parking, a lot attendant constantly roaming the lot rounding up cararriges and disinfecting them before returning them into the store. As he or she does this they will ask you as they pass your location if you need help loading your order into the car. These people are out there if the store is open regardless of weather. Once inside you pass a second employee greeting you has they continually clean. You enter the main part of the store brochures or weekly add is there with disinfectant for you. The store has a awesome layout, as if the manager's mother was disabled in a chair ( clean floors, extra wide aisles, labeled rows at both ends, the items at eye level that are the essentials ). Everywhere you look employees are putting new items out, rotating stock, offering assistance to someone like my self who is disabled ( never making me feel like a burden). The amazing thing is I have found customers also offering help to me too, it's as if the extraordinary effort the employees put forth rubbed off on the customers, which then makes everyone in the store have a better experience.
The individual departments are fantastic, whether its Deli, Meat, Seafood, Produce, canned goods, Diary and ethnic foods it's all covered and the senior workers in their departments will offer cooking or food preparation tips if asked.
The manger of the this store I believe lives there, he is always there walking around his store saying hi to customers and never once have I seen him embarrass an employee. He amazed me recently calling me by my first name and giving me tip on Shrimp Cocktail preparation ( actually saving me cash versus the more expensive shrimp)
So I say to anyone give this store a try you will be amazed.

Everytime I shop at this Shaw’s I leave smiling. The customer service is outstanding, each employee I’ve encountered is genuinely friendly. The store itself is clean & though I wish they carried Bell Evans Brand they have so many great organic options and alternatives.

I love their on the go department. The team manager Alex is always very helpful when I visit this location. His whole team is great !!
